I am thrilled I found Leo's. They were prompt, very nice & professional. Not only did they fix the problem, they inspected my entire door & opener, then showed me how to maintain it and what spray to buy. I will definitely use them again.

They did a great job. Love the door and the opener is just what I wanted. The new opened has a number pad in front so I can open it without the They put a rubber strip to stop water from coming in under the door due to the uneven floor. Everything was cleaned up when they left. Explained exactly how to care for the door.

Called on Monday, Service was Wednesday. Went very well. I don't have to worry for the winter. Good price, fast service. Small price to pay for no worry. Recommend them highly.

Upon calling to inquire about possible service, John efficiently responded, asked the right questions and arranged for a visit the next day, confirming that a call would be made prior to arriving. Mark called first thing the next morning to state he was on his way and arrived 15 minutes later, immediately got to work and completed the job with excellence in a little over an hour. He was polite, professional, very qualified and did a great job. I had put this off for over a year while straining to use the door each time. I will not wait to call Leo's in the future and highly recommend them to anyone with a garage door need or issue. It is great to know we have such a high quality company in our region. Thank you.

They had to reschedule our appointment due to some problem at their shop, but otherwise things went very well. Polite, professional, and willing to take the time to answer some questions about another garage door they were not servicing. Garage door is no longer squeaky and loud, and it closes much more evenly.

i contacted them for an estimate and was told it was too far to drive to give me an estimate. he said he would give me an estimate over the phone the following Monday. I waited and called them back on Wednesday for the quote and they got back to me the next day. The quote was in line with what i expected. i got the same price from another company but they reduced their price by 800 due to rebates for the doors and garage door openers. I went with the other company not only on price but they came out on time and gave me an estimate at the promised time. Given my experience i do not expect to ever call them or even use them - completely unprofessional

Things went great. We got extra advice on taking care of the door to get extended life from it. We appreciate the attention to detail yet quick service.

The garage door is definitely smoother now. The guy from Leos Overhead was very polite and honest. He told me he couldn't balance the door because there was a 20% chance that the spring would brake costing more money to repair. My door is 10 years old and was one of the cheap ones installed by the Home Builder. Would do business with them again in the future.

Eric was prompt, professional, neat, thorough and honest. He discussed his findings, performed the work quickly, and did some minor repairs that were NOT included in the Big Deal. He advised a simple future repair instead of a major overhaul when the slightly worn sprocket eventually fails.

Jim called to confirm the appointment and said he would come over after an emergency appointment. He arrived as promised. Jim replaced the pulley's, tightened and lubricated the hardware. The door is now operating quietly, just like new. Results were greater than expected. Jim said the 40 y/o opener was OK and need not be replaced today.

I HAD TO ORDER A DOOR AND I WAITED FOREVER. I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES. IT MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN HIS FAULT, HE BLAMED IT ON THE COMPANY BUT IT TOOK FOREVER. IT DIDN'T COME AT THE TIME HE SAID IT WOULD. I ALSO FELT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.
