Description of Work: Called and spoke with the gentleman, said he was on the road and asked me to call back and leave name and number. He said he does not have a shop but tends to lawnmower repairs on site, that he would be around that weekend and would schedule a time. I have not had any contact since that conversation. Nothing, nada! :(

Description of Work: I have used Phil before and did not originally know of him through Angie's List. I called him on a Monday because a cable on my lawnmower snapped, rendering the machine useless. He told me where I could order and pick up the part. I did that, and he made an appt with me for 9/20/14. He showed up on time, and fixed the mower, installing the part which was pretty tricky, based on the construction of the mower. He also replaced a filthy air filter, and took the time to explain how the cable probably came to snap in the beginning (rust from rain exposure), and how to avoid future similar problems (proper storage of the mower). He is always courteous and professional, and monetarily reasonable.

 + -1 moreHe had my snow blower back to me within a few days running like new. He explained the problem, and how he fixed it. He's a laid back, well-informed repair man and since then I've brought my mower to him for repairs also.
Description of Work: I brought my new snowblower to Glen when it quit on me mid-winter.
