Perfect. Work was always done on time and date it was promised.

Tom's work is excellent, he is punctual and very knowledgeable about everything pool related, and his prices are comparatively reasonable.

Tom replaced a failed pump motor that was still under warranty (not his fault). He came out the day after I called and replaced the motor at no charge. I am really impressed with the way Tom stands by his work and he will continue to be my "go-to guy" whenever I need pool service.

I needed a new liner for my in ground pool. He was to arrive at 4:00 PM, I got out of work early. At 5:30 I sent a text, did not hear back and left. he arrived shortly thereafter. He came back the next night. I signed the contract for the liner. I was told 12 days. 12 days later I sent a text. I did not hear back for two days. He said he meant business day and there were delays in production and his schedule was behind. I sent a text saying the delay was disappointing, but please do his best and reminded him I was a member of Angies list and would share my experience as I always do. I also reminded him that I had not shopped for price, I called him based on his ratings on Angie's List. He then said I threatened him with a bad review. I responded that I threatened him with a review, not a bad review. And he should do his best. I Rarely give anything but a good reviews and the two bad one I have given were well earned. At that point he refused to do the installation. After 17 days delay I have to start over with making calls. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. My pool was not able to open for all this time. I eventually got Islander Pool. They did the work for $600 less, professionally , and kept to schedule.

Very well. No problems and a beautiful job. Pump worked flawlessly all summer.

Lacuna Pool Services replaced my failing pump motor for my in-ground pool on short notice. Tom impressed in all respects: he was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and friendly. After replacing the pump motor, he noticed my vinyl liner had come out of the liner track and he fixed that as well. He also replaced some o-rings and other seals in the pump area that had contributed to an air leak and he shared a number of useful pool maintenance tips as well. This was my first time using Lacuna pool but I was so pleased with Tom's work that I will be using him for all of my future pool repairs and services.

This wonderful man contacted me by phone and let me know exactly what was wrong with my filter after I left him a phone message. I have an above ground pool and although he only services above ground he called me back within a few minutes and gave me information and how to fix it. He went way beyond what he needed to do. I so appreciate his free advice and if anyone has an in ground pool and is looking for service I highly recommend this gentleman!!!!!

In search of someone to help with my pool water that was green I called a few pool services. I set up an appointment with one that is coming tomorrow. After setting that up I received a phone call from Tom Vischer from another pool service company. Tom had nothing to gain by calling me. He works with in-ground pools and mine is an above ground. But Tom diagnosed the problem with my pool and informed me how to treat it. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his advice. After dealing with some who didn't return calls or were not helpful he renewed my faith in humanity. I would recommend Tom highly. His integrity, his great expertise and willingness to help are the best credentials in any business!

When I initially called, Tom took the time to answer all of my questions. He arrived promptly, checked over the pool, and pointed out some repairs that needed to be made. He returned when I was at work to make the repairs as he had to go and get parts. He earns extra points for taking the time out to play with my dog and even left him with a piece of PVC pipe to play with. Can't find one bad thing to say. Will definitely continue to use him.

Gave me three grades of pool covers and several color options. The Pool cover was installed and my pool closed on my closing date. Was also given instructions on how to remove the cover in spring and how there may be some stretching over the winter of the cover so that the following year the straps may need to be adjusted. Work was outstanding. I would not hesitate to contact again.

Original call was to replace valves on our pump because we couldn't pump down to close, but Tom came out and took a look at it and advised us to hold off until the spring. He gave us an alternative way which worked great. They did a partial close for us and gave great advise. They could easily have taken our money because we were clueless. In our book honesty is #1! They were right on time and got right to work. Very knowledgeable in their field.

This project became a night-mare due to a concrete contractor who kept promising to show and do work but never showed. This went on for a couple of months leading to us essentially being captive of our house waiting for them to show. Given the extensiveness of the repairs, most of the work could not be done until the concrete contractor tore out existing concrete deck around the pool. Tom persisted in contacting the concrete contractor (as did we) and eventually came up with another contractor who came within a week and completed the tear out in 4- 5 hours. This was almost two months into the project. Once the new concrete contractor was obtained, the remainder of the project (which was most of the repair work required), went smoothly. Tom is a bright, affable, exceptionally hard working and responsible individual. We are delighted with the final results and will be using Tom to install a winter cover for the pool in Sept.
