There was a mixup about the locksmith calling the day of my appointment. He left a message, which I didn't get (my fault) and didn't come at the scheduled time. When I called, the person who answered came right away, which I really appreciated. The locksmith was very professional and nice. I would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: When I tried to enter the main entrance to my house on Sunday, the lock was resistant and it took several tries to get the door open. Someone advised me to spray the key (not the lock) with WD-40 and that helped but I wanted someone to look at it and make sure there wasn't a problem. This happened on a Sunday and I called the company. A very nice person answered my questions and recommended that i call for an appointment first thing Monday morning, which I did.

Terrible, after calling...Scott came up and did his best to fix what was done...
Description of Work: We called in with a request to install two keypad locks, two deadbolts and 4 matching door handles. They recommended MTEK door lock, although higher in price they are suppose to work well. They quoted me a price and I agreed to it. After two weeks I got a call for installation. The individual that came seemed to be unorganized. After about three hours I check on him and looked at his work, all the door locks we're literally hacked and butchered in place. The cut outs were twice the size of the plate. I asked why and was told it was the door. I asked why the bolt heads turns weren't in the same direction, I was told the manufacture makes them that way...He definitely seemed High....it was a terrible job and I would NOT recommend them

He is excellent. He is very nice and professional. It was a night time call, and his price was extremely fair. I recommend him.
