Description of Work: Howard sanded and stripped down the old paint paint from our deck and filled in the worn part on the post, and painted the deck ,he also painted the window frames on the sunroom and removed lumber stripping around the garage door and painted the back and front door. He arrived just when he said he would and if he was going to be late he called. after he finished painting the deck we had a sudden shower, he felt the deck did not have enough time to dry properly so he came back and repainted it the next day.

+ 1 moreHe is really reasonable & meticulous. He uses quality products. He is very reliable. He works by himself so there may be some things that might be awkward. He won't paint with anything in the room. He wants everything moved out. He is just absolutely excellent. His prices are fantastic. Probably the best prices around. He has had a couple of accidents so I am not sure if he still does outside work.
Description of Work: Interior & Exterior Painting. He has painted the whole downstairs apartment, plastered things, filled all the cracks. He also painted the deck.
