While installing recessed lighting in my kitchen, ceiling below they did drill up into my upstairs bathroom flooring rupturing the sub floor and damaging the vinyl flooring in the the bathroom.

After completing the job, their price was not what they had quoted me. However, they agreed to accept the price they quoted me.

Technicians had a hard time finding the issue but they were friendly and patient. After a couple of hours of troubleshooting, they couldn't find the issue but offered different solutions. Very happy with their work.

Super easy to schedule, appts were available immediately,tech showed up on time and left everything in great shape. I was especially pleased when he told that that one of the jobs I requested did not need to be done, since it met code (I had thought otherwise). I would call them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

These guys worked hard and efficiently, spent some extra time to fix something that was not going well, but they wanted to make it right rather than easy. I took off half a star for some very minor items not worth mentioning.

Don was very polite and answered all of my 1001 questions. He also found a problem and fixed it, ever though it was a challenge. I also paid less then other pros quoted so I was happy.

We hired Empire Solar and Electric to do some wiring in our basement, install a switch, and two electrical outlets. Damon, Brian, and Todd were thoroughly professional, pleasant, and went the extra mile. The worksitewas spotless when they left. We will definitely employ them for any future electrical work. We strongly recommend their company.

They work with you when a problem arises. Example the the light I had purchased was broken and they waited till the next light came. And when I had told them that it had arrived unbroken they send me someone on the same day. So I how have light. And was changed a very little amount for the second visit. And that is very great to find a company that works in this manger in this day and age.

Overall job came out excellent in both kitchen and bathroom. Some issues with cleanup of grout around edges of job in bathroom. I had to do some touch up work that they missed near ceiling of bathroom backsplash. They need to take a bit more time on the DETAILS of the whole job to be sure everything looks perfect. They promised to take of these details, but never followed up.

Empire Solar and Electric is a great company to do business with! The installers arrived on time as promised and the work done was excellent. We are extremely pleased.

I had a problem with the electrical in one of my bedrooms. I had two previous electricians come both left not knowing and not coming back. I finally decided to try one more time after no lights TV clock phone in two months in one room. Damon from Solar and Electric came and he was wonderful professional and got right to it. Great company made me feel very comfortable and they did a outstanding job!

The three people who showed up were polite, friendly and were eager to get right to work. I did not make it easy as my electrical panel is not labeled. My only "complaint " was they pulled up in an un-marked SUV with only one of them wearing a company t-shirt so I wasn't sure at first they were from Empire.

They are amazing, absolutely 1000% professional. I was in a pinch and they were able to come in on short notice to finish a project I started. They went way above and beyond to get the job done quick. The price was very reasonable for top quality work. I will defiantly be using them in the future and recommending them to every one I know.

Hired for two projects. Outstanding craftsman who take customer service seriously. Had an emergency, wires to house torn off by a tree limb. Called and the electrician who was on vacation called his office. Took less than an hour to show up. The power company (Niagra Mohawk) stated "who ever did the work did an outstanding job" as they had it inspected when finished.

Came on time and worked hard in hot weather.
