Information was not the greatest. It took 8 months for the work to be done and no information was provided to me, only after I constantly called and texted and threatened legal action for my 50 percent down. Customer service sucks!

The project was completed to my satisfaction once they got started. The project price was double our other estimates because **they had to drive 40 miles**. We had to have it completed quickly for a house sale, so we begrudgingly accepted. Three guys in three different trucks showed up. It seems like maybe they could consolidate to save money. The man with the ladder was over an hour late. The ladder rack broke as he drove here. Things happen. The guys were friendly and once the ladder arrived, the job was completed quickly. Looks great and works well.

Thor did the work - He was conscientious hard-working and did a fabulous job would hire him again in a heartbeat

MY POLE LAMP HASN'T WORKED IN OVER SIX MONTHS. THEY REPLACED THE GLOBE AND NOW IT WORKS. TURNS ON AT DARK AND PROVIDES SAFETY.

Empire Solar was really great. I told them what I needed done, they gave me a great quote, $200-$300 less than other quotes. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable, and there was no surprises. I would absolutely recommend them and I plan to use them again in the future!

Kristy responded very quickly to my request and Pat was great fixing the problems and answering questions. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with electricians in terms of responsiveness and service. I recommend Empire Solar and Electric very highly. They will be coming back in the future to do more electrical work around my house.
