Wanted to give a big thank you to Laplaca Dumpster Rentals, I was in a bind call this company and they were great! They brought out the dumpster the same day I called and said there was no rush for a pick up. I spoke with the owner Ed and he was really accommodating and his prices were cheaper than the others I called and again delivered the dumpster the same day at no extra charge. When I was done I called and he came and picked it up and everything was great! I would definitely use them again and recommend using them.

Beware of Ed Laplaca...there are victims statements all over the internet describing how he rips off his customers..I paid $600 for use of a 30 yard dumpster..Ed Laplaca brought a 15 yard dumpster and tried to pass it off as a 30 yard..we filled it immediately ..and asked him to pick it up..he told me he wouldnt pick it up until I gave him even MORE MONEY..even though I had already paid $600 for a dumpster half the size it was supposed to be..he left the full dumpster on my lawn for 3 weeks refusing to pick it up..then threatened to empty it out on the lawn..i contacted the sheriff who forced him to remove the full dumpster..he is still trying to extort more money from me!

After calling and emailing our waste removal company and not getting a reply, went on Angie's list and contacted Ed LaPlaca, He was very polite and had a dumpster that more than satisfied our needs delivered the next day. The young lady that delivered the dumpster was also very polite. She wrote up a bill with overage costs and extension of service costs written on it in case we used more than our allotted space. She also explained where in the dumpster we needed to place electronics. When we were through we called for pick up. The full dumpster was removed within a few days. All in all a very smooth and stress-less experience. Service provided had a coupon on Angie's list. A nice bonus.

Ed and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive. Dumpster delivery times were a little late but they were very easy to work with and were super nice. Will work with them again.

I was surprised by overall cost of renting a roll-off, but Joe's price was very competitive to all the others available. I had so much stuff to remove I ended up having a second roll-off delivered that weekend - which Joe let me keep for a few weeks. This made my junk removal so much easier. The younger guy that did the delivering was very helpful and professional... placed it exactly where we needed. Even brought the 2nd container on a late Saturday afternoon - with about an hour's notice. I would definitely recommend this service provider.

SUPERIOR customer service. I was moving in a rush, Ed worked with me every step of the way, I needed it for one extra day and he was very flexible. Highly recommend.

I called "Ed"and asked why price quote went up. He said it was not his policy to disclose taxes and disposal fees as his competition does the same think. So it's "buyer beware" to ask if this is the "total price" of the dumpster! We had to agree to disagree about his "pricing tactics"! My scoring was much lower until we spoke on the phone after the dumpster was picked up.

This is the 2nd time I used this dumpster service - Lights out he is the best and cheapest. I did shop around and everyone was a lot more expensive. Call this guy he is very very reasonable and has a lot of different size containers.

Dumpster was delivered the next day. The driver was very good at positioning it exactly where we wanted it. The dumpster was left there for about 10 days. This is good if you are filling it up slowly, as there is no charge for extra days. We did have to call to prompt them to pick it up.

The other companies I called were going to charge me way more and kept telling me I needed a bigger container. He sent me the right size container and saved me alot of money. He was very reasonable.

The owner Ed delivered a container the same day as my call. I only asked for the container for 3 days however I needed it for more time called Ed and not only did he say no problem there was no additional charge. He said I could keep it up to 2 weeks just call when I am ready. I would definitely use and recommend this dumpster svce again!!!!! Also when I started looking and calling around for a dumpster a lot of the other companies told me I needed a bigger dumpster than what I was requesting. Ed laplanca dumpster company recommended a size small than I was looking for and it worked out great. Give him a call.
