Description of Work: Enclosed my large yard. Service was exceptional until the business was sold to a new owner. I become so frustrated with the service from the new owners that I went directly to the company's main office in Troy to deal with any parts I needed.They were great to work with but that's not the protocol-should work with your local dealer instead. I switched to their competitor & I'm very happy

Description of Work: Salesman appeared first, then the person to do the trenching. When that was completed, the owner of the business came to instruct the dog. Dog learned quickly.
