+ -1 moreWater heater sprung a leak during the work day. I contacted Daly Plumbing during the evening hours. He responded within minutes of my call. The next morning bright and early Mr Daly came to inspect our water heater to confirm that it indeed needed to be replaced. He left to purchase a new heater and all the parts needed and was back within 2.5 hours to do the repair/ replacement. Mr Daly was very professional and very nice. It took about 3.5- 4 hours to do the job and when he left he removed the old tank and cleaned up the area. He is coming back next week to replace some wax seals in our bathroom! More then happy with Daly Plumbing's service.

+ -1 moreI left two messages over the course of five days requesting a call back regarding plumbing work I needed done (a broken sink drain pipe). It has now been three weeks since I made the calls, and I have not received a response. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
Description of Work: No work was performed as the company never returned my calls.

+ -1 moreWE'VE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME AND WE'VE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS SATISFACTORY. I THINK THAT THEY'RE BUSY BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MUCH BUSINESS. THEIR BUSYNESS CAUSED THEM TO TAKE A LITTLE BIT LONGER IN RETURNING MY CALLS.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN NEW PIPES IN THE BASEMENT TO FIX THE WATER LEAKS FROM THE OLD PIPES.
