Don Coletti is great!!! He is very professional, fast, knowledgeable, pleasant, and careful. He did excellent work and his fee was very reasonable.

It went very well. Don came to my home to remove the blind and a few days later returned and reinstalled it. It looks and works great for 20 year old metal blinds. He was very professional, punctual and responsive to my phone calls. Would recommend and use again for other cleaning projects.

I called Clean-a-Blind and left a voice mail message. Don got back to me right away. He gave me the option of picking the blinds up at our house, but I opted to deliver them to save the additional cost. We arranged a time for me to deliver the blinds, and he was there waiting. He called several days later to say they were ready and advised me that if he was not there, the blinds would be in the garage, wrapped in plastic, with an invoice. I picked up the blinds and left a check. The blinds were sparkling clean and the several stains were gone. Don is a true professional and obviously takes pride in doing a good job and keeping his customers happy. I am very pleased.

Couldn't have asked for a better job. Very fair price, the cleaning was phenomenal (made it look almost as good as new-- and we had previously had a chimney fire so the blind was pretty dirty). The restringing is perfect and the cellular shade now works even better than it did when it was new. Don went above and beyond in what he delivered and held to the original quoted estimate. Would definitely use again!!! A+++ Updated 5/3/14: Almost 4 months after getting the shade back, I have to say that it works better than it ever did when it was new. Don used a heavier cord than it came with for the drawstring and it has held up better than expected. Can't say enough good things about the quality of his work. This shade is better than new. And if you've you've ever priced a large cellular shade (120")-- then you know how great a deal it is when it comes back better than new!

Don has come to window treatment projects with us, and we (together) determine if a window treatment is cleanable/fixable, or if it would be more cost effective to replace the treatment. This service is great, and has saved our commercial customers a great deal of money in replacement blinds.

Got Don's name from a local window treatment store. Once we connected, he came to the house and thoroughly explained the process he used to clean the fabric blinds. Among other things he uses ultrasound. On blind was broken. He gave me an estimate on the cleaning and repair. He did not require a deposit. He very carefully took down all of the blinds (4 in dining room, and 5 for the 2 bedrooms,including the 1 needing repair). He returned them on the day he said he would and even called me before coming. He was extremely professional, courteous, and detailed in his explanations. He readily answered any questions I had. He even removed his shoes before coming into the house. And made one minor repair to a blind that I had opted not to have cleaned at that time. I had pointed out the problem to ask him what caused it. Without asking, and without any extra charge, he simply made the quick repair. I would recommend him without qualification to anyone, and definitely will use his services again.
