Not good. Other companies had to come in and finish the job. Unqualified supervision
Description of Work: Performed construction in the neighborhood for the city. They destroyed many homeowners properties, leaving to homeowner to fend for themselves. Arrogant, bossy, very uncooperative. Refusing to repair or pay for damaged property.

The pros were that their price was very reasonable and they arrived on time. The cons were that they didn't do a real good job. The sod pieces were not mixed together real well and they didn't stagger so we had straight lines. It was not leveled very well either and so we had to lift up sod after they left and fill in the dips. In other words we had to redo some of their work!

The sod pieces were "mixed" together as recommended by the sod provider. If sod is pushed together too tightly, edges may not knit to the ground. Sod is not suppose to be laid with the purpose of making straight lines. The homeowner and I agreed; I would remove all weeds, rototill the area and lay sod. Usually I bring in extra topsoil to ensure the sod takes. In this case the homeowner said that was not necessary due to the quality of the property's topsoil. I find this complaint to be a surprise as the homeowner stated he was satisfied after our completion and had watched us work for most of the day. His neighbor also complimented our work as he too also watched us work for most of the day. A picture is worth a thousand words.
