+ -1 moreThey were not able to get through the driveway as the trees are tall. There's a limit as to how high it could go up for their tools. Overall, they did good.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD TO TAKE THE GATE OFF FOR THEIR MACHINE WHEN THEY COME. THE LAST TIME THEY CAME, THEY DIDN'T PUT IT BACK ON. I WASN'T HAPPY ABOUT THAT BUT THAT'S THE ONLY TIME THEY'VE DONE THAT. I'M USUALLY NOT THERE WHEN THEY COME BUT IF I'M NOT HOME THEY CAN DO IT. I FEEL LIKE I CAN TRUST THEM, I HAVE HAD THEM CUT MY GRASS FOR A FEW YEARS NOW.
