I showed up at Kyle's house without calling as I didn't realize he runs his business out of his home. Both he and his wife were very welcoming. He was able to fix my computer in less than one day as he had the part on hand. He also updated my windows software to the newest version and offered to deliver the laptop to me as he was headed out towards my place. I picked it up but I really appreciated the offer. I also explained an issue my daughter was having finding the right cord for her monitor. He looked up what she needed to buy and emailed me the information. I have definitely found my go to guy for computer issues.

Right off the bat, I can't say enough good things about Kyle Harbinger and Brunswick Computer Service. Kyle's price quote was by far the best of anyone. Then he tells me that he will pick up my parts and drop the built PC back at my home. Not having to make those two round trips saved me about 3 hours and $20 of gas, right off the bat. During the build, Kyle found that the case I had selected was a tight fit and suggested going with a larger case so it could breath better and achieve lower operating temperatures. Great thinking. With components this expensive, you don't want to shorten their life span by abusing them unnecessarily. Kyle then offers to ship the old case back to Amazon for me with the label I provided him. This saved me one more round trip had I had to pick it up and send it myself. The big day arrived and I was ecstatic to receive "the beast." It works superbly too. I can't thank Brunswick Computer enough for the excellent service, the professionalism and going above and beyond what most services are willing to extend. Look no further, this is the guy you should be doing business with - Kyle Harbinger. Disclaimer - I did not know and had never met Mr. Harbinger before engaging in his services at the end of June. I am not a relative and he did not pay me $50 for writing this. He simply earned my high opinion of him.

We decided to have him build us a new computer because our old one was so old and was starting to have problems. He also got us a new printer and monitor. After he delivered them set them up and tested them to make sure they worked, he helped my husband set up Netflix on our tv. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and even left an app on our desktop in case we had any other questions or problems.

He went way beyond his duties. He hooked up my printer and put the ink in it as well. He cleaned the spam off my computer and hooked up my camera as well. I had an old computer he took the photos off and saved them on a flash drive. He was just extraordinary and Ive never had such a nice repair man out in my life.

I took advantage of a half-price tune-up offer and opted for remote access. Kyle called promptly at the appointed time and checked in with a progress report as promised. The work was completed quicker than expected and my computer is now running great!

It wasn't a major dealing so I really wouldn't feel comfortable referring them. We didn't have them perform the repairs. It wasn't a bad experience. They were professional. I don't think I would use them again as they are located out from us.

It was worth the call and faster than what I thought.
