 + -1 moreThe owners were knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were reasonable and product was ready on-time. The quality of the components were generally average to poor. They would fail shortly after being put into production. After checking the manufacturer of the components, I found that they were very low end. The company would replace defective components, but it did not reflect well on their product.
Description of Work: Assemble computers to standards specs, without specifying exact manufacturers or products.

 + -1 moreAIT did a great job. I do not use my computer for work, so the time I was without it was not costing me. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone needing computer repair done.
Description of Work: They repaired my laptop, by installing and upgrading the operating system. The job took four to five days. I took the computer to the business.

 + -1 moreOverall good service...was a bit slow in delivering so we picked up the new computer and the "sav" notebook ourselves. Prices were reasonable and initial response time was very good.
Description of Work: After an electrical outage caused damage to several pieces of equipment....AIT came to the office analyzed the situation and developed recommendations. Replaced / installed a router...replaced a hard drive in a notebook and re-installed from old drive AND we bought a replacement computer for a computer that had a fried motherboard.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE REALLY NICE PEOPLE. THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. THEY ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND THEY WEREN'T ANNOYED WITH THEM. THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIKED THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: WE HAD SOME NEW PROGRAMS AND ANTI-VIRUS PROTECTION INSTALLED AND THEY HAD TO CLEAN IT UP BECAUSE WE HAD VIRUSES.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, UNFORTUNATELY THEIR TURN AROUND TIME WASN'T VERY GOOD. THEY TOLD US THAT OUR COMPUTER WOULD BE DONE AT A CERTAIN TIME ONLY FOR US TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT.
