 + -1 moreThe company never responded to my email inquiry, requesting information for replacing an old aluminum roll-up awning with a newer one. (Yes, the email went through.) Therefore, I had to go with a different company that responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately. If a company cannot respond to emails within 24 hours, it is a bad omen and does not speak well about the company.

 + -1 moreThe project was done diligently and delivered during off hours; have to say they accommodated us and finished the last minute project without letting us down. We are incredibly appreciative for their craftsmanship and deliverance of all the work in a timely manner. Our sincere Thanks to the proprietor and the staff that stayed for extended hours to get the job done.
Description of Work: We had a few commercial jobs done by 4th generation awning company from standard awnings to custom portable bar.
