"I HAD ATLAS FENCE OF EAST SYRACUSE INSTALL A BEAUTIFUL WOOD FENCE IN 2015, THE WORK, PRODUCT AND OVERALL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH WAS EXCELLENT. AFTER MANY YEARS OF HEAVY USE OF MY GORGEOUS DOUBLE GATE THE RIGHT SIDE GATE POSTS NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THIS POST WAS LOCATED IN AN AREA WHERE RAIN AND SNOW MELT WAS DIRECTED DUE TO A GRADE IN THE LANDSCAPE AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH PRODUCT'S INTEGRTY. THE GRADE HAS BEEN CORRECTED TO DIVERT EXCESS MOISTURE TO AVOID ANY FUTURE ISSUES. THE WORKERS PAT AND KELLER HAVE REMOVED THE DAMAGED POST, REPLACING WITH A NEW POST, RE-INSTALLED THE GATE LEAF INSURING BOTH GATE LEAFS WERE IN PROPER ALIGHMENT FOR A SNUG CLOSURE SO THE GATE COULD OPEN EASILY AND CLOSE TO LOCK UP SECURELY. I CALLED ATLAS FOR HELP, AND JUST LIKE MY FIRST PROJECT I FELT THANKFUL THAT I HAD INITIALLY CHOSE A COMPANY BACKED WITH MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND HIGH PRAISE. "Bill built a custom aluminum trailer for a wooden boat I built. Had to fit it to the boat and put up with me . The trailer works and tows perfectly. He used an axel less suspension system which allowed the boat to be closer to the ground for ease of loading and unloading."

"I called United Construction on June 9, 2022 to get a leak on my roof repaired. The guy I spoke with on the phone insisted on coming out, throwing a tarp on the roof and get me a quote for a new roof. When I explained to him that I do not need a new roof (my roof is only 14 years old; I have another 5+ years) and only need him to seal the area around a vent pipe, he seemed to lose interest. He sent a kid out on June 15 that looked like a teenager to inspect the roof. He did not seal around the vent pipe, which would have taken less than 5 minutes to do. When he came down, he asked for my email address to send me a quote for the repair. He then left, and I have not heard from them since. It has now been almost 3.5 months. If United Construction cannot trust themselves to do the small jobs, then I am not going to trust them to do the big jobs. You guys lost out on thousands of dollars. I will not recommend you to anyone."
