Description of Work: horrible experience. they were so concerned with up selling me that they didn't focus on the actual job that I paid them to do. my hot and cold water is now backwards - and I even asked him to fix it when he had me review his work. additionally, the water to our upstairs was never turned back on so I had to figure it out on my own. as a female, the entire reason why I brought someone in was so I wouldn't have to fool with the plumbing. when I called and spoke to the manager, he apologized and offer to send me a coupon for future use. ironically, I never received it.

+ -1 moreI like their professionalism and that when you call, they are always there. They can fix anything as far as plumbing goes. They are very good at what they do and their price is very fair. You never have to call them back because there is a problem. I?ve passed their name on to many people.
Description of Work: Water Works has done all of the plumbing in our house since we moved in. Last time they were here was to bypass radiators and put some new radiators in.
