Called them for water heater leaking and scalding water because I had their stickers all over my water heater and thought they installed it. They didn't. It was under warranty but this became void when they messed with it, telling me they had fixed it, but doing nothing in particular as I watched. Next day, same thing happened. Water leaking out all over. Water Heater under warranty blew up several days later, but not covered because they "serviced it". Bad Thermostat. 40 gallons of water all over everything. Homeowners claim, and a h*** of a mess. Disputed the credit card bill. Company has every excuse. I find out after the fact they didn't install the water heater just fixed a hose fixture somewhere but smacked stickers on everything. Service charge was huge and not disclosed before the appointment. $160.00 just for the service call and flipping and removing a valve and putting it back in. This business is nothing but heartache. Wouldn't touch em' with a 10 foot pole.

My water heaters suddenly stopped to supply hot water after I moved into the house for 9 years. So I called The Plumber to take a look. The technician, Jason, came and told me that he needs to have a water heater diagnostic $200 plus $60 per trip charge. Although it sounds expensive, I hope they will provide high-quality service at this price. After half an hour of check, Jason didn't show me he has any basic knowledge of how the water heater worked. His explanation is that power outage two weeks ago damaged the control panels. It doesn't make any sense to me (I used to be an engineer). First, we didn't experienced a power outage two weeks ago. Second, why damaging control panels was broken after two weeks. The technician just said that he needs to replace two control panels which can cost $1200 each. I understand he tried to inflate replacing cost which can lead me to a more expensive solution. It is just a sale trick. He gave me a price quote of $6000+ for replacing two water heaters. Since I didn't trust his words and want to do more research on costs to replace water heaters, I just said that I need some time to think about it. I paid $280 ($60 per trip, $200 diagnostic plus tax) and let Jason leave. After that, I checked Home Depot, Lowes, and other dealers which costs around half prices including parts and contractor installation etc. $6000 is totally ripoff!!! Ironically, I called my handyman the day after that for a second opinion. He came here for half-hour and cleaned the thermosets of water tanks. Now both water tanks are working fine. I paid him $100 for the service. I still plan to replace my water tankers in the near future. However, I am sorry that I won't choose this company.
