 + -1 moreHe ripped us off totally. After roof started leaking, which he allegedly repaired, he never answered our phone calls or returned any phone calls after we left numerous messages. Can't believe this scam artist is still in business. Don't ever hire this schmuck.
Description of Work: Passed himself off as a Navy veteran in order to gain your trust and to hire him, which is what we did, to repair our leaky family room roof.

 + -1 moreIt went well, until a couple of shingles fell off, 2 weeks later and nails popping out of gutters that were removed. there is a 20 year warranty on labor and lifetime on shingles. the only problem is, you have to get someone to come out and repair the shingles. I repeatedly e-mailed the owner, (rob) he ignored me for a month, then he answered me in dec, 2013. Said he would send someone out and never did. I e-mailed again in may 2014 (a couple of times) he answered and said he would send someone out. (still didn't happen). I e-mailed again in june 2014, this was his answer< "I'll get out to your house Friday if possible but no later than Monday (e-mail to me on june 10, 2013. I have not seen or heard from rob and now, I will have to pay someone to make the repairs and he didn't leave me any shingle to make repairs, so I don't know, if I can even match what blew off. rob, is a good talker, but did not carry thru on repairs and a 20 yr warranty isn't worth anything, if you can't get it honored.

Description of Work: Replaced clay tile roof with a "look alike" metal roof. Rob was very attentive to our request to maintain the traditional style of our roof. He is very professional and is respectful to his customers and their neighbors. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
