They were good for they were professional about what they are doing, and their work is very courteous. They answer questions of what we had, and I highly recommend them. They came in, packed up things, did cleaning, and store up for my whole house. They did it last July 27 and the price is low.

 + 0 moreSeeing as there was NOwater on the floor, (it drained as fast as it flooded!) , we should have had our son mop it. I had asked that one or two areas, unaffected by water, be ignored. They did them anyway, and charged for every square inch! In my opinion, this outfit is designed (and priced) for commercial use, not homes.

 + 0 moreThey were very good. We did not spend anything on the service because it was covered by insurance. It was about 48 hours and they were very efficient. We liked that they were very professional, everyone was very friendly and they knew what their job was and they did it very effectively. Their ability at performing the work, their punctuality, and communication was perfect. Everything was perfect.
Description of Work: We used Servpro about the 24th of August and they tore down paneling and put an anti mold. They tore out carpets in the recreational room and living room. They tore out vinyl in the bathroom, tore out ceiling tiles and they washed one carpet and a staircase.
