According to my calendar we were scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, between 2 and 3 pm. At 2 pm I arrived at [Member name removed] house. I meet [Member name removed] in her garage. I introduced myself and [Member name removed] informed me our appointment was actually scheduled for yesterday. I doubled checked my calendar on my phone in front of her and explained to her that I had it scheduled for today. I immediately apologized to her for the mixed up in scheduling and explained to her that I must of mis-understood the date or entered on the wrong date in the computer. I asked her if I could do the estimate now and she said she was tied up with a appliance delivery and her husband would also like to be here for the estimate. She told me she would call me tonight to re-schedule after she talked to her husband. I again apologized for the scheduling mixed up and would be looking forward to her call. I feel bad that [Member name removed] is un-happy with us for not being there on Tuesday but it was an honest mistake. I honestly had it scheduled for Wednesday. I was under the impression that [Member name removed] accepted my sincere apology especially when she said she would call me back to re-schedule after she conformed her husband’s schedule. [Member name removed] was very nice to talked to when I was there for the estimate on Wednesday and I know they would of been very nice to work for.
