I did not have the work done
Description of Work: I wanted to have a light and Fan separated from the six light Until over my Snack Bar in the Kitchen.I did not realize that the Ceiling and wall would have to be opened to get a wired for another switch. I sent Pictures of unit to Mike Murphy he took a day to look to call me back and explained to me. I did not realize it would be big of a job and I did not want the wall or ceiling opened. I appreciate that he was very Honest and up front about the work and cost. If I were in need for and Electric Company they would be my first call.

Roy's Plumbing was very neat and timely. It was an emergency situation, and they sent someone out right away to fix it. I was very pleased.

When I called Roys Plumbing they neglected to tell me that they did not work with Moen fixtures. They consequently had problems installing the shower faucet, and it leaks to this day. Roys Plumbing still refuses to come out to repair the leak without charging.

I liked the fact that Rays Plumbing wore uniforms which made them more professional. They did a nice job of clean up and I would use them again.

I was very frustrated with Roys Plumbing. They charged $370 for a few inexpensive parts and 5 minutes of labor and when I complained, they only took a lousy $80 off the bill. I felt ripped off and later they had to come out and replace the same part.

They basically just came out and fixed the problem. They also recommended that I have additional work done but I was reluctant to have it done since it would have required digging up lines in the winter. I have not had any problems with my kitchen sink clogging since.

I would not hire Roys Plumbing again simply because after they came in a city inspector came to my home and wanted to see the work that was completed, and then he found other things that needed to be up to code. I have never had that happen before.
