They were friendly, punctual, and did an excellent job communicating the job details (scheduling, installation options, etc.). The panel installation looks great and they also did a fantastic job labeling each circuit (yes I know labeling a small detail but I've had other panels installed and the electrical contractor always left the labeling to me). Very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the work that Twin City did. Mike was courteous and professional - he made very sure that I understood everything about the work he proposed to do. His bid was slightly higher than the other bid we received, but he also proposed to do a more thorough repair on the line from the meter to the insulator. In the case of the two nonfunctional outlets, Mike made it clear at the time of the estimate that we couldn't REALLY know what was wrong with them until the work started, so he bid what he thought was the most likely case. The guys who did the work were on time, courteous, and efficient. They replaced a handful of old incandescent bulbs with CFLs that they happened to have in the truck, and even threw in a replacement bulb when 2/3 of the ones that came with the ceiling fan turned out to have been broken in the box. There was one small miscommunication - the guys who came out to do the work initially didn't install the new insulator. I noticed that when I took a look at the work before they left, and they made a quick call to Mike to confirm and had the insulator installed in under 10 more minutes. I really appreciated that Mike handled all of the logistics of getting the main line moved to the new insulator - I wouldn't have known where to begin with that. We would likely hire Twin City Electric for further electrical work in our home.

Mike Murphy the owner of Twin Cities Electrical called and kept me fully advised of how the program works and explained in detail what to expect when the work would commence. A mutual agreed upon date was scheduled and the morning of the work he told me that his crew was on the way and when to expect them. Upon arrival two men introduced themselves to me and they began work. Twin city Electrical was a pleasure to do business with, the men were very professional and kept me informed at every step of the way while work was being done. After completion everything was cleaned up and tested to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. After the crew left the owner called to make sure that I was happy with his crew and work. Mike from Twin City responded immediately and made time to visit my home to inspect the situation. He gave me a quote and started work 2 days later. They accomplished the work within 1 day as promised. I am very pleased with the quality of work. Everything was neat and labeled. The workers cleaned up after themselves. I was especially impressed by Mike's professional demeanor and the time he took to explain everything. I will use Twin City in the future.

I found Twin City Electrical on Angie's list, and also checked the company and owner's credentials with my electrician friends (they are not licensed to work in Buffalo, but Mike is). Mike was prompt in response to my Angie's list message, and his communication was excellent leading up to him coming on-site - including a phone call to discuss the nature of the work. Mike called 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to re-confirm the appointment and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Mike was courteous and professional in his greeting and in conducting his assessment of the work. He thoroughly explained as he went along, and provided insights and options in language and terms that were easy to understand - this included options in which I can save costs. I now need to consider whether, when, and how I want to proceed. It was clear that Mike would work with me on an approach that would best fit my time, budget, and schedule. I would definitely look first to Twin City (Mike) if I proceed with this project.

My stove and a couple of outlets in the kitchen weren't working. I called an appliance repair company who could come only three days later. My wife found Twin City Electrical on Angie's list and I called them. He suggested I check the ground fault circuit interrupter, even though that outlet did work. My wife pressed the reset and everything worked immediately. We'd definitely recommend this company and won't hesitate to call again.

Were able to agree on a fair price. Said they would arrive at 2:15. Arrived at exactly 2:15. Mark and Sean were pleasant, courteous and completely professional. Job was done quickly and everything looks and works perfectly. Cleaned up every bit of dirt and scrap parts. Within 5 minutes of their leaving, owner Mike Murphy called to ask if all went well and to thank us. Would recommend them without any reservation and would gladly hire them again.

Badly. A waste of money on the sewage line. Charged us 600 and the camera showed thick roots that could not be removed this way. Roto rooter came for second opinion and did not charge for the camera assessment. Also Roy's offerred to fix drain with 4 options. Even with their 10% discount for our service contract costing 14.95 per month they were about $700 more than Roto Rooter. I am canceling my contract and severing all contact with this company. Am also considering a complaint to Better Business Bureau. I would absolutely avoid this company. Be warned and Beware

Sean and Mark were excellent. They were on time, quick, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They also were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and the thought process of why they were doing it. In addition, they were professional and friendly. Not to mention, Mike Murphy (owner) is very polite and professional. His prices are great and he obviously employees knowledgeable and certified electricians.

The guys who came over to perform the installation were very professional and helpful. They clean up any messes they made i will definitely use them again for some other electrical jobs that i need done at my home.

It turned out he couldn't do gas line in my city due to permit issues but took at least a week to let me know when he said he'd let me know the next day. So he was just going to do electrical work. He needed to come back out to look over electrical again....He was going to give me an estimate to have that done, at least a month ago...... I had actually discussed with Mike whether or not to purchase coupon he had on Angie's List. It was $149 for "so many hours of work". He said it would probably be better to get a flat rate estimate. I Have never heard back from him.......So No work was done.

It went FABULOUSLY! Mark and Sean were here precisely on time with tools in hand. Not a minute was wasted. I explained the items on my list and prioritized them. They were confident and careful. It's obvious they feel a job worth doing is a job worth doing well. I couldn't believe how efficiently they completed all of the items on my list and the work was done perfectly. They took all trash and old fixtures I didn't want any longer with them. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I highly recommend Twin City Electrical.

I moved into a house built in 1935 and it had some electrical outlets with frayed wires that were unsafe. I called Twin City and they came out at my convenience, as I work full time. The electricians, Mark and Shaun, were courteous, very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently to rewire an old, frayed outlet for an overhead fan and then installed the fan. They also installed a new outdoor outlet (had to drill through a brick wall) and a wall sconce. They also checked an outdoor light that looked old and unsafe but apparently is ok for now. I could not be happier and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again and would also highly recommend Twin City to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Tim the plumber on the job was on time and very professional. He looked at the problem (roots blocking the storm drain) and spent several hours drilling out a clear waterway to the main line in the street. He indicated that a more thorough cleaning through power blasting would be necessary to get it running through a larger opening and that the roots of the tree in the front of the house may have disrupted the clay pipes. We scheduled the power cleaning for the following week. He offered discounts with the purchase of a protection plan which reduces the service call charges and provides additional discounts on work in the future and since I just bought the house and know I have more jobs that will need to be done in the next year I took advantage of the deal.

This was the third time i have had to call Roys - and this time it was on superbowl sunday. i called odonnell heating first when my furnace went out, they answered the phone said they cant get anyone out today, maybe 2 days. i told them it was freezing and i'd have to call Roys, he said let us know what they charge you, we can beat it.. no thanks,, went with Roys and again superb instant service that was handled THAT day and even offered initial ideas that were of no cost, eventually i had them do everything. they have always been dependable and inexpensive. i will always call them first for anything in the future!

I usually use the special coupons they put out. I just purchased a coupon for them yesterday. I would recommend their followup, their professionalism, their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

Mike, the owner, was very accommodating about scheduling a convenient time for the work to be done. Mark and Sean were punctual and professional. They were knowledgeable, polite and diligent about completing the task. They confirmed with me that I was satisfied with the work before settling the bill, and they did a great clean up job. Mike also called me before the men left to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It was a very positive experience, and I am thrilled to finally have my ceiling fans just in time for hot weather!

Furnace was making a knocking noise but was heating house with no problems by radiator heat. Due to the upcoming winter we wanted it checked to be on the safe side. This vendor said our furnace was dangerous and was leaking carbon monoxide and it could not be repaired but needed to be replaced costing several thousand dollars. We had another heating company check out our furnace and found out furnace did Not need to be replaced and was not leaking dangerous carbon monoxide. Service from other provider costed less than $100!

Very well. They were punctual, professional and easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgable and made wise suggestions.

Needed some emergency electrical work done, and left a voice mail with provider. Had a response within 10 minutes. I ended up not using this provider, only because another, equally well-reviewed provider was in the area and already on the way to deal with my emergency call. The person I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and understanding when I explained I had already contracted with someone else. I will definitely keep Twin City in mind for future jobs.

Mike and the 2 servicemen who came out were a pleasure to deal with. Mike quoted me a very reasonable price and his men performed the work efficiently and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been nicer. I'm very pleased with their service, and would not hesitate to call them again.
