Very please and felt liek they knew what they were doing.

The fan was from the 1950s and was so loud that you could hear it from another floor. They had to resize the hole, rewire from up above, and install new switches. He even coordinated my bathroom outlets to the others so that they match. They are very professional and respectful.

I’ve been using them for over a year. Scheduling took coordination because of my schedule and their schedule, but they tried hard to accommodate my schedule. They’re timely, efficient, and they solve problems with practical solutions. They know that I’m rather exacting so they cater to what I need. For example, I had two hanging lights in the bathroom and they made sure that they were exactly the same height.

They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job.

Electrician arrived on time and was very polite. The recessed light inserts I bought were a little bit deeper than my cans could hold, but the electrician made some adjustments and got them to fit just right. Overall everything went great and I'd be happy to hire them again for future work.

All the work listed above was completed just as I had expected. The service received was very professional, detailed, and the workers were very friendly. The work was completed over 2 days. Mike Murphy inspected the work personally after day 1 and completed work on the second day. While the work was being completed Mr. Murphy was able to answer my questions and advised me as to what was happening and how things were progressing. Mr. Murphy was the first person I hired off Angies List and made sure I was formed on all aspects of the job. I would hire Mr. Murphy again for future electrical needs.

The owner called to ask if it was all right to send one of his employees as he just got back from urgent care with the flu the night before scheduled appointment. He sent Mark out to do work stated above. I couldn't be happier with both work, price, and neatness. Mark was fantastic. He explained everything. Answered any questions I had and picked up all scraps and papers even the ones that landed in the flower beds. I have a room to wire once I get it framed and am thinking about a whole house updating of the electrical. I will definitely call Mike when I'm ready. "Thanks" for doing such great work!

Company owner contacted me promptly and asked to get back to me. I followed on this some weeks later and the owner contacted me again to set up the appointment. The workman arrived timely, performed all the jobs within the 3 hour time period, even though the outdoor fixture replacement was a bigger job than anticipated, and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I called Mike this morning with some electrical issues and he came out that same afternoon. He was very professional and fixed the issues and quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely recommend and I would use twin city again. Gretchen

Twin City scheduled to arrive between 9-9:30am and were in my driveway shortly after 9am!! Both employee's started right away...one working on the outside and one in the basement. The temp was around 32 degrees and it was snowing...but it didn't slow them down! Both guys were friendly and cordial and notified me prior to cutting the electric so that I could shut down my electronics since I work from home. Both guys worked straight through until shortly after 2pm not taking a single break! The work performed was TOP NOTCH and everything was cleaned up as if they weren't even there! I can't say enough about this company....I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an electrical contractor. Awesome job guys!!!

The technician was thorough and everything was fine.

As you can see, we had a large number of projects that we wanted done and Mike and his team delivered beautifully. We had just moved into our home and wanted to update to some features we had in our previous home. We called up Mike, he responded promptly, and didn't just come in a give us an estimate based on what we initially asked for. He really consulted with us - what was it we wanted, what our options were, what would give us value, etc. He even made time on his weekend to come to the electronics store to help look at the t.v. and sound bar we wanted to buy and make sure it would fit and wire appropriately. In the end, although it was an expansive list, it was exactly what we wanted and we felt comfortable we were doing the right things and at the right price. Although the cost of the service seems high here as a single price, you need to take into account the large scope of work that was accomplished, and the work itself was done in under 3 days. And everything at the end looked great, worked great, and not once did we feel we over-paid or didn't get good value for our investment. The workers on Mike's team were professional and focused, but also very friendly and easy to work around our busy home. After all the work was done, we had one new socket that wasn't working right and within hours of my calling about the matter, the team was over to get it fixed. After that everything was 100% perfect. I have no reservations about recommending Mike to others, and he has clearly earned his "A" rating within Angie's List. I went in with high expectations, and he exceeded them. Our home is lovlier thanks to the Twin City Electrical Team. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I called on a Thursday and Mike showed up to do the estimate 4 hours later. The service was completed the next day!!! Everyone with Twin City that I have dealt with is very professional. I do not know much about electrical work but they ran me through every step of the process. They sent an electrician named Shawn out to do everything and I couldn't be more happy. Just like Mike, Shawn followed suit with his sense of professionalism and workmanship. Twin City is also very accommodating with every aspect of the job. Thank you Twin City Electrical!!!

. iSean, the electician was polite, efficient, and explained what was wrong and how he was going to correct the problem and also the approximate cost would be. I'm sure it doen't happen all the time but from original phone call to the finish of the job, it was approximatelly one hour and fifteen minutes. Hows that for service.

We needed some water line repairs for a leak and called Roy's. We had to wait four days for an apt. We set up the appointment, but as we could not be home for the apt., I had a relative meet Roy's at our house. On the call out from the office for the visit, we were informed that Roy's would not come out to the house as a homeowner was not present. Unfortunately, when they set up the apt, they never told us a homeowner HAD to be present to complete the work. So, they set up an apt. for us, never told us that a homeowner had to be there, and then canceled when we didn't meet their requirements. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, the office person simply said "I didn't make the apt, so I won't take responsibility for not telling you a homeowner had to be present." I asked for a call from the manager, was promised I would get one the next day, and of course, no call came the next day or any day thereafter. This is no way to run a business. To inconvenience us, our relative who took time out of his day to come to the house and wait for the apt, and then not accept responsibility for the mishap is unacceptable. To top it off, to not receive a follow-up call from the manager is also unacceptable. I would be very wary of hiring Roy's to perform work for you. This is no way to run a business.

Very professional, efficient and thorough!

the first service call was on 10/2/14. He told me he replaced the seats, springs & cartridges for both hot & cold faucets. He charged me $285.00. As he left the house with my check I asked him if the leaking was fixed permanently & he told me word for word "it might last 2 days, it might last 2 months, it might last 2 years." I did not like his attitude. Come to find out the leak did not stop. I called the next day to complain. Talked with VP at Roys (Mike) & he told me that he would send a worker back along with a manager that day. The manager came with the same guy...I was not happy with that since he was very rude the first time. Claimed they replaced the same 3 parts but still leaks. I do not recommend this company because they do not deliver the best service plus I was not given an itemized price for these parts. I can't imagine these parts adding up to $235.! (service chg. was $29.95). I called back today to asked for an itemized billing for these parts. The person in charge of this was not in so I left a message for him to call me back & I will ask him for an itemized billing. we will see what happens tomorrow. I will NEVER call this company back for anything again & I advise anyone else to look elsewhere for plumbing, heating or cooling. Take my word for it .....run! .

Technician arrived on time, very polite, pleasant and helpful.

After a very pleasant phone conversation with the owner, Mike, he sent two of his employees, Shane and Mark, to perform the above installations. Both men were very efficient, clean and friendly. The work was performed in a timely manner, and that evening, Mike called to make sure I was happy with the work. I told him I was more than happy, and I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone needing an electrician.

The workers arrived in a timely fashion . They were very professional and efficient. They demonstrated pride in their work and a willingness to please us as customers. They did an excellent job . We would not hesitate to use this company again and would gladly refer them to others.

Bought the big deal as we were going to have ceiling lights installed. Had not bought the lights, so after the big deal purchase, Mike contacted me and stated that once we got our list together, contact him so he could schedule the job. We purchased our lights and made out a list of what we needed done. Called Mike, scheduled the appointment for 9/12/14. Guys came out, put up our lights and did a few other things we needed done. We do have a problem with one outlet not working, which they figured out why, but not enough time to fix the problem. I would definitely use this company again

The two gentlemen who did the work for us were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They performed all the work that we requested in the allotted time and we were very happy with the results. We plan to call them again for future electrical needs.
