A neighbor told me another neighbor had used him so I called him. It was a nightmare. I had to fire him part way through the job. When I talked to the neighbor who used him, she said she would have never recommended him. He was awful. You wouldn’t believe the mess he left. He would take breaks or he wouldn’t show up and he would tell me his car broke down. He left with my own personal drop cloths at one time and I had to get them back. He just kept taking breaks. He did charge a fair price but it was sloppy work. It was a one day job and it took over a week. It was my own fault in hiring him because I didn't check with the neighbor that used him.
