Fast and efficient, good quality work, great customer service, great follow up too. Overall good servicing in general, the guy was nice, he was very, he explain everything that needed to be done and needed, what would intentionally needed and the cost he gave an estimate.

They've always been available for us. They're a very good business and they stand by their service. We've purchased things from them. Their technicians are wonderful and that's why we stay with them. They're affordable. Sometimes we have to pay a little more for the service but their prices are comparable.

I am very pleased with them. I have a plan with them. It is free services and it is $111. I have been using them for more than three years.

I am on a contract so there was no cost.

It went well. I should have gotten a professional to begin with, they saved all the previous mistakes someone else had made. one note though, to get to the plumbing they had to open a wall and they over-cut on the drywall just beyond the stud and diagonally, so now i have to cut the hole twice the size or add a new stud.... so i have to hire someone else to patch it. i didn't think i needed to tell 3 men how to open a wall.

The gentleman who performed the service (I think his name was Tony) was very thorough and professional. I was very pleased with the service.

The company did more work then what the deal offered, before asking me. They did a good job with the work, but did not tell me they were going to charge. Next time I would just prefer them to ask me before they just do a job.

His big thing is heating. He also does air conditioning. Boy, was he good and it saved us money. He is wonderful. He is mostly heat but he will have special pricing throughout the year. He's a very independent guy. He did it all in one day. His guys were very good. They did it very quickly. The old furnance was old and they had to literally chop it apart to get it out. And they did it all in one day. They said they would not leave me without heat and will stay until they got the new furnace going. They got it going but I believe that if they had had trouble they would have stayed until it was going and working properly.

Mike checked out our AC unit and determined there was nothing wrong with it. He said he wished he could sell us new unit, but everything was working fine with our current unit. He was very courteous and professional and took the time to explain things and answer questions. A less honest technician could've told us we needed a new unit and we probably would have believed it. Thank you Mike and Reimer for the integrity.

Great! Very happy with my experience. George got here within a few hours of me calling in. He gave me his expert opinion that he felt I needed a new boiler installed. What made him excellent is he walked me through the whole process showing me everything wrong with my system and spoke in easy to understand terms. I am looking to replace my system and waiting to here back from their comfort adviser to receive an estimate.

It has been fine. I have only used them for tune-ups and haven’t needed any other additional work. The technicians are fantastic and they are easy to work with. They explain everything to you, and tell you what needs to be replaced or what you may want to consider replacing. They also put booties on their feet when they come into the house. I have a service agreement with them which is about $16 per month.

Called at 8:30. At 9:30 the office called and said that Mike could be there within 90 minutes. 45 minutes later Mike arrived, wore booties over his boots and solved the problem in 10 minutes. Since he was there he checked out the rest of the furnace. Only charged the basic service diagnostic fee.

My furnace was making a loud ratteling noise and it smelled like something was burning. I called 4 different HVAC/Heating Companies and no one responded except Reimer. They actually have a secretary that answers the phone and coordinates the repairs. They responded on a Saturday and were onsite within 2 hours. Even though they didn't have the special part to repair furnace, the Tech assured me that it would be good until Monday when they could have the part available. The were at my house on Monday by 11:00am and my furnace is repaired and running great.

In fairness, no services were provided, but I would like to caution people dealing with this business to SHOP AROUND first. I needed a new furnace, and had 3 quotes. Reimer was going to be the last. The first 3 quotes were closely bunched (between $3200 and $3500), and I was going to let my judgment of contractor quality decide. The person who came out was an estimator only, not a tradesman. This kind of specialization usually means the business is high volume. I had decided on Lennox, and the receptionist told me they were a Lennox dealer. But the estimator told me Remier has their own line! I was right about the volume. It was a rebranded unit from some major manufacturer. He said he could also quote me on Lennox, but obviously their own brand was going to come in lower. He was touting all sorts of long-term warranties that came with their brand, although all of them were underwritten only by Reimer. I said he may as well go ahead and quote on the house brand, although I was determined not to let a low price sway me to get something whose origin I wasn't sure of. Well, I didn't have to worry about the tempting low price on the house brand. Imagine my shock when he quoted me over $5500! I didn't even bother asking him to leave the quote. I told him flat out he wasn't even close to being competitive. He didn't spend another second trying to sell me. All he did was thank me for the opportunity, took his things, and left. It gave me a very strong impression of "well, I tried but he didn't bite." I can't comment on any of their work obviously, but I did not like their business methods, and the way out-of-line quote speaks for itself.

Originally, I called the company that installed the furnace, which was about 5 years old. They came to house and gave me an estimate to install AC. Then they never returned my calls to make appointment. Called Reimer and they came the same week. When Reimer came to install the AC they found my furnace was leaking CO2 and rusted inside, which would explain the detector going off. I ended up with new furnace and AC installed the same day. They brought extra help (and furnace) from office to get the job done by end of day. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. The AC worked great all summer. Loved it. I will use them in the future for my heating/ cooling needs.

My boiler motor was making loud noises and I called Reimer. They came out in a couple of hours and said I needed a new one, which I was expecting. They rearranged their schedule and were able to put one in the next day. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned the work area better than they found it.

We got a good deal because the installed the air conditioner in January, however the day they came it was snowing. They installed it anyway but then had to come back a few weeks later and relevel the unit. But other than that the whole process went very smoothly.

It went really well and I would recommend them.

For an ordinary mini-split install, you'd have wires/tubing bundled in vinyl shafts running down the side or front of your house. These can be painted to match the house and, in most cases, probably don't take away from the look of the home very much. However, we have a 100+ year old Victorian home in the Elmwood Village. The only spot the mini-split could be installed was on the front of our house, in the triangle-shaped area with dragon-scale siding and other architectural features that are painted in the Victorian style (3 colors, two-tone trim, etc). We felt that the tubing coming down the front would take away from the historical character of the home. Reimer was extraordinary in working with us on solving the problem. Instead of venting out the front, the unit vents out the side, behind our drain spout so that it is completely hidden from street view. The tubing/sheating is inside rather than outside the home, and since it is in our attic, we dont mind it/hardly even notice it. Though Reimer's cost is a little on the high side, it is absolutely worth it. They were on time, clean, friendly, and really worked with us to assure our happiness with the installation. We will be using them for any future heating/AC needs.

Each time I have an appointment, the receptionist from Reimer calls me ahead of time to let me know the time frame of the maintenance man's arrival. She always is pleasant and follows up each service with feedback questions on whether or not I had a good experience for that particular day. As I am a senior citizen, this display of professionalism means tons to me because there are so many companies out there that lack this quality of public relations. When the maintenance guy arrived at my house, he politely knocked on my front door and introduced himself to me as a representative of the Reimer Heating & Air Conditioning Company. He then explained what he was about to do regarding the A/C and got to work immediately. He even allowed me to follow him out to the A/C and watch him work and ask questions. May I add that every visit from Reimer has been the same with me being permitted to interrupt the worker when there was something that I did not fully understand. Suggestions for proper running of the A/C and the importance of keeping the bottom area clear of dirt and debris and hosing off the fins by Tony were mentioned to me during our chat . After he had accomplished the task of maintaining my A/C, we went inside the house to go over the invoice, which broke down exactly how much money I saved by becoming a Gold member. Before Tony entered the premise, he put on sanitary booties over his footwear so that my carpeting would not have the chance of becoming soiled in the process of him walking on my floors. He was very cordial and professional while giving me an explanation of what was done and informing me of the approximate month of his next visit. Reimer is the best company, with the best personnel, the best quality work, and the greatest communication between the customer and the main headquarters (the receptionist with such a pleasant and soothing voice).

They are always polite, courteous, quick and on time. Overall, the service is excellent.

I started using them ever since I first asked them for an estimate on a new furnace. The name of the person who performed the job was Bill. I use them since they are a local company and since I used to bowl with the owner of the company. They are on time, neat and complete. I would use them again in the future.
