Description of Work: They inspected my furnace. There was a few issues and I was given the option to purchase a new unit. TheyProvided me with The estimates. The cost was Too much for me at this time. He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly, but I was not pressured to purchase anything that I didn't want or feel comfortable with. I appreciated that.

Description of Work: Installation of new furnace and new air conditioner unit. They were prompt, very personable, efficient and thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves so well, no one would have guessed they were here.

Description of Work: They inspected my furnace for problems after the gas company determined it wasn't a gas problem. It ended up that I needed a new furnace since the 1986 furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger. This was shown to me on Friday and the new, much more efficient, furnace was installed on Monday.

Description of Work: Sorry. But you keep sending emails to rate this Company which I never used. They are 25 miles from me and told me they don't service our area. Hmmm. Had another company do the complete install of furnace and A/C. So Reimer missed out on a $5800.00 job which all other companies I called were willing to do. And may I add are further in geography than Reimer.

Description of Work: Reimer diagnosed my 25-year-old furnace with a cracked heat exchanger and after getting a couple of estimates I went with them to install a new, high-efficiency furnace and central air. From start to finish the experience was consistently positive. My old furnace malfunctioned on the day after Christmas, and Reimer was able to get someone out within just a few hours to take a look at it. The tech managed to get it back working and fortunately it limped along while I did my due diligence. I was impressed with Reimer's warranty, satisfaction guarantees, and price, all of which were superior to the other estimates I received. I signed the contract and immediately set the installation date. The installers were prompt, professional and friendly, and gladly answered my many questions. Both the sales rep and one of the Reimers (can't remember which one - sorry!) came to check in and ensure the installation was properly completed - which of course it was. The furnace and A/C work beautifully and my energy bills are astonishingly low (not Reimer's doing, but they sure sold me a quality product).

Description of Work: WE have the monthly contract with them, they come out twice a year to inspect and adjust the furnace, and the second time the A/C. they also replace any worn our parts, replace filters. All part of the pre-paid service.

Description of Work: Last week I called Reimer for an estimate on a central air system. We set the appointment for 2 pm today. I was told to set aside approximately 2 hours for the appointment. At 1:30 pm today I got a call from Reimer saying they couldn't keep the appointment and didn't know when their "custom" whatever would be available. So I sat at home for the 2 hours I had set aside for the appointment. Reimer will never have get a second opportunity to waste my time.

Description of Work: My furnace wasn't working. Three years ago the same thing was happening with the furnace and it turned out to be the igniter. So I changed it out again. Nothing. I call Reimer and the guy didn't look at anything in the front of the furnace but went right to the heat exchanger. He put a camera in there and said "the rings are blown out, you need a new furnace". They wanted $3625. I had a bad feeling and when he left I started to shop the price. I called another company and the guy came out, who happened to be one of the co-owners. It took him about a hour or so but he found that a reset switch had tripped. I just needed to reset the switch!!!!! The guy from Wrate just saved me about $3000!!!!! The lesson I learned is always get a second opinion especially when your gut doesn't feel right.
