This company sends out a monthly brochure on pool supplies under the title of POOLsuplies.com.  I had some questions regarding which cover would be best, so instead of ordering through their website, I called their 1-800 number to inquire about an in-ground winter safety cover for my pool.  The sales person was very friendly and suggested one of their value line mesh covers after talking me out of a more expensive brand. I gave the sales rep my credit card number and was told they would ship it out to me.  I thought it was odd that I wasn't given an order number or an expected ship date but was so impressed with their website and brochure that I didn't worry about it as I was told I wouldn't be billed until my order shipped.  A few weeks later I still hadn't received any kind of  phone call or e-mail or confirmation from the company so I called to inquire about the status of my order and was told it takes time because they had to order it.  I waited some more and finally called about a month after I placed my order. They told me the  order hadn't shipped and were not sure of it's status.  They transferred me to the sales rep who took my order and he also did not know what happened to the order but said he would make some calls and get back to me, but he never did.  The next day I received my credit card bill in the mail and noticed that Leisure Living had billed me $593.96 on July 12, 2011  the day after they took my order. I called them to complain and to cancel my order but jut got the runaround so I called my credit card company to explain the situation. My credit card company told me the would give me a courtesy credit and would also follow up with the company.

This company is not recommended by me for anything. They have a layered response and hope you get tired of the runaround and give up.
