snow removal
+ -1 moreThey came once when we had our first snow - after midnight. When I called the owners to suggest that was not acceptable in the neighborhood, I was told they couldn't control what their contracted workers did!! In January, when we had a foot of snow, nobody came at all. I called several times and left messages. They were total no shows. I had paid for the entire season.
