One side of the home was not getting enough A/C. They determined that the technicians who installed it, did it wrong and they repaired it at no additional cost. They were coming frequently at first to re adjust things and add more vents because they could not determine the problem. The were responsive and easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. They were on time and professional. I just wish they would have installed the unit right the first time.

The service was horrible and I have had nothing but problems with the furnace since the installation. The price was competitive. They helped me a lot in the beginning and came frequently to make needed repairs, but they have stopped doing that.

They were not the cheapest, but I got full value for my money. I am really enjoying their work this summer!

Danforth sales rep came right on time and gave a detailed estimate. He inspecred our furnace and told us it was in good working order. The a/c was installed in the furnace using our existing ducts. All work was complete professionally and neatly. They had to come back oly one to set a pad for the outside unit. There were no surprises. No upselling. A/c has been.working perfectly now into our second cooling season.

Everything went well; both units were performing as expected and the standard checks verified that they would be ready for Winter '12 and Summer '13.

It did not go well at all. The installing technician cut wires to a duct fan, took off the damper/vent (not sure of proper term) on the water heater and never put in back. This caused the heater to shut off. Danforth sent about 3 different people to try and figure out what was happening and they all just changed thermostats. They also charged us for these calls saying it wasn't their problem. I took them to the BBB and they reduced the charges but wouldn't eliminate them. Finally we had the a friend over for something else and while he was in the basement he asked about the damper/vent for the water heater that wasn't there. We called the water heater company and the person immediately sent out the part at no charge saying it was dangerous not to have it. We have since found out that they also did not vent it properly and we still have to deal with that.

They replaced the ac unit about six years ago with a Carrier Unit. They did a really really good job with the installation and the clean up. They provide professional service and are a little on the higher end for price but are well worth it for the service provided.

They were the cheapest out of three estimates I obtained by about $1,000. It's been working fine since. I was happy with the installation.

Originally they installed a home generator that runs the house that's connected to the gas line about six years ago. They were good and I've had no problems . They have good communication with their service reminders.

Danforth Tech did a regular maintenance service (oil change, cleaning etc.) but was not able to fix the problem. He stated they were not trained to fix all issues with emergency generators therefore they would have to call in another company to fix the problem. Danforth did charge me for this maintenance call. The second company did fix the problem. Their tech stated there was excess oil in the generator from a faulty gasket and was further complicated by the addition of extra oil during the maintenance call.Although my warranty had expired Danforth did agree to pay for the needed repair parts. I covered the labor costs. Additionally, I was disappointed that the Danforth tech did not recognize there was an oil leak into the system before adding more oil. I feel the excess oil should have been discovered in the generator by Danforth especially since it was burning oil and exhausting excess white smoke. My whole yard looked like it was in a fog bank.

I thought they did an excellent job showing up on time, performing the installation of the furnace, explaining everything, and cleaning up. I got several competing quotes for this project and felt that the Danforth rep was the most honest and up-front about the options.

I've been happy with the work they've done; they stand behind it. They seem to know what they're doing. I've recommended their services to others. The prices are a little on the high end but well worth it for the service provided.

They were very professional and on-time. They worked diligently and cleaned up well after themselves. Anytime we had an issue we called them up they responded immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installer makes mistakes with the pvc piping (he kinked the pipe) and caused some damage to the basement floor and dishwasher pipe. I contacted the salesman and they gave me a credit on my Mastercard for the work that I did to repair the floor and to repair the dishwasher water pipe that was bent during the furnace install. Another technician who came out repaired the new pvc piping for the furnace. The quality of the work from the original installer was not good at all but the end result was acceptable. I would recommend them as they made the situation right. Also, I obtained 3 quotes and John W Danforth had the lowest rate.

They came back out that Friday to install the part as soon as it came it in. They have a great reputation and are wonderful to work with. They are prompt and do what they say they're going to do. We're going to be having them out to install a heated floor in our kitchen within the next couple weeks. Their prices are a little on the high end but well worth it because of the quality of service provided.

Gave us a quote over the phone and came out and did the job in less than 2 hours. Very professional, neat and polite. We would call them again and higly recommend

Poor follow up. Offered to provide a scope of the sewer line but never came to do it. Also never provided quote for replacing sewer line.

I didn't actually get any work done. The salesman that came in the house was very personable but not super pushy like some of them can be. He seemed very upfront, honest, and open. The pricing was a little higher than the other pricing that we received. They were one of my choices even though they were more expensive because they seemed really informative. They were pretty good on responsiveness. They were pretty quick. I might use them in the future.

Super, I contacted them on Friday, John informed me he would check availability on replacement part first thing on Monday and call me. He did just that and the service tech performed work that morning. They also saved me money by being honest concerning the repair. Another contractor only offered more expensive options which were not needed.

When Mr. Quirk arrived at our home for his scheduled appointment and put on paper booties so as to not soil the carpets, I knew this was not your usual business. He answered all questions anticipating many showing he's not only experienced but had done his homework. Certainly fair price and promise of excellent service.

The cleaning went well, and also the service person was able to answer another question that I had.

It's amazing how much crud there is in the air vents! After having them cleaned, the air in my home is much cleaner and fresher. Everyone in my home has shown fewer allergy symptoms and are overall more healthy! The Danforth technicians where professional, neat, and clean as they went about their business of ridding my home of all the nasty stuff in my vent work. The technicians were bombarded with questions from my oldest son, and they took it in stride. They explained everything they were doing, how it was done, and what the end result was going to be. They were terrific! I would recommend Danforth highly to clean your ducts!

I would recommend John Danford to all my friends and family. Everyone there is very friendly. They were prompt, and the final cost was right on with the estimate.
