Description of Work: Provided a dumpster for removal of demo debris and asbestos tile. The price was about $100 cheaper than a previous provider that we'd used. The owner was friendly and responsive. The driver was slightly crochety and did break some branches on our tree when backing the dumpster in. Upon dumpster removal, made relatively deep tire marks in the lawn next to the driveway for a distance of 5 feet. When explaining how to use the liner he was reasonably pleasant and explained it well. Given that the grass will most likely grow back and the fact that I'm not miss sunshine on every day of the week either, I would recommend using them. I'd just specify the tree and lawn thing if your trees and lawns are a big deal to you. I'm sure they'd make a note to be careful.

Description of Work: Great experience with phone etiquette! This is in regard to a telephone consultation that Craig provided me with today. I called to inquire if his company handled residential asbestos removal. (They actually only do the material testing, but he would have provided me with referrals to companies that handle the removal). Craig was so knowledgable and courteous and was happy to explain to me some insider information on asbestos, in a manner that was easy to understand without speaking to me like I was dumb. He defined the technical terms that he was using and gave me a ballpark quote for the testing. Also offered to have me mail him a picture of the tile so that he could give me a better idea of cost for removal. Thanks, Craig!
