Frank's Basement Systems specializes in basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation and repair, and foundation repair. We have been serving homeowners and businesses throughout Greater Buffalo for more than 40 years. We are a member of several nationally-recognized contractor networks, including Basement Systems, Supportworks, and CleanSpace. All of the patented products that we offer are installed by trained professionals with lifetime, transferable warranties. Frank DiMaria is the owner of Frank's Basement Systems. He is a lifetime resident of the Town of Tonawanda who wouldn't dream of living anywhere else. Frank started his entrepreneurial work before he graduated High School. He began as a small landscaping company and after 28 years in business grew his company to over 150 employees. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with the same great service and care that has already satisfied thousands of our customers.

I am still getting water in my basement and now they are telling me I have to have to sidewalk repaired at my expense. You must read the contract very carefullly. They do not guarantee their work and your basement will not look anything like their brochure. You have to pay for each panel in your basement, if there is a crack that you may not have seen when removing your shelves. You are out of luck. They also told me I had to replace my sinks; then decided that was not necessary. Please make sure you cover everything as the drilling is going to cause dust on everything in basement. READ THE FINE PRINT!
