Franks basement systems came in estimated and did the work. The whole process was great, honest, and the work itself was flawless. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work

They came when they said the first time, but it took a while for the repairs to be done. The finished work does not look like the images on brochures but it is working inside, keeping us dry. However, now we have new problems that I am not sure if related outside.

The project: Frank's Basement Systems installed new drain tile around about 75% of my basement. They also added their BrightWall in a few areas. Pros: First of all, the project was completed, and I'm very pleased to say that the drain tile seems to be doing it's job. When it rains I'm not seeing any water in the formerly-problematic corner of the basement, so that's a big success. I'll add that our salesperson Ray was an absolute all-star to work with. He did not try to upsell us, and he stayed in communication after the job to make sure we were satisfied. He really made us feel like he wanted what was best for us and our home, and we tremendously appreciated that. Cons: The whole crew called out on the second day what was supposed to be a two-day job, so it ended up taking much longer than we hoped. That second day was a Friday, so we were stuck with the basement a mess over the weekend and into the next week, which was tough. The drain tile had to go under the stairs to the basement and those stairs were absolutely demolished and had to be replaced. They told me while they were on-site that it was going to be my responsibility to replace them which left me without the bottom three stairs to my basement for a couple of weeks, but ultimately they connected me with a contractor who put new stairs in for us. During the job they accidentally caused a leak in one of my steam pipes, but they also helped me find a company that would replace that as well. Lastly, they left the basement a dusty mess. In fact, we still have to wear specific shoes into the basement because even after vacuuming and mopping a few times, it is still so dusty, and that dust gets tracked to the rest of our house if we leave our "basement shoes" on and go anywhere else. Overall: Frank's gave us a good price and, again, we sincerely appreciated Ray's guidance before and after the job. The most important thing is that the drain tile is working, so despite a few challenges we are satisfied with the outcome. We will be calling Ray back in a couple of years when we need to do the rest of the basement...hopefully some of the dust will be gone by then!!

I have not had the repair work done yet. I have been happy with the explanation of how the job will be done and with the speed of starting the process.

Salesperson did a complete walk-around of the outside of the house and perimeter of the basement. He identified that the majority of my water problems were from my gutters. He then explained the process they would use to repair the wall leak and another wall crack in the basement wall. I did get my gutters repaired and have not had water problems since. The basement wall repair was completed in one day adn I am very happy with the results.

I am still getting water in my basement and now they are telling me I have to have to sidewalk repaired at my expense. You must read the contract very carefullly. They do not guarantee their work and your basement will not look anything like their brochure. You have to pay for each panel in your basement, if there is a crack that you may not have seen when removing your shelves. You are out of luck. They also told me I had to replace my sinks; then decided that was not necessary. Please make sure you cover everything as the drilling is going to cause dust on everything in basement. READ THE FINE PRINT!

Fixed a leaking crack in my basement wall. Did a fine job. I also had them replace an aging sump pump with a double enclosed sump pump system. They replaced all the old copper pipes with new PCV and plex type piping. They even cut up the old copper piping and left it for us so we could get some bucks back when we take in for recycling. Couldn't be happier!

THIS is the company to hire for basement waterproofing! The salesperson came out and surveyed my basement. He identified two cracks in the wall, explained the way they would be fixed, and suggested I purchase a dehumidifier to eliminate any other dampness issues. After having another company out recommended by Home Advisor (Everdry), who wanted $16,000 to fix the HUGE issues I had with cracks everywhere on every wall, as well as DANGEROUS mold issues, Frank's salesman said the two cracks didn't even need to be fixed right now because they weren't bad at all.

Not the cheapest, but did good work.

I thought the finished product would look cleaner. Instead it looked messy. I liked how the clean out pipes looked, not too obvious. I was very unhappy with the fact that there were cigarette butts all over the place...on the site where the work was done as well as the sidewalk, drive and grass.

Contact was made quickly after phone call was made. In fact sales rep came back several times (at my request) to finalize the work that was to be done. Crew showed up on time and was very professional throughout the job. Answering any question that I had. Clean up was done sand other then a sod trail to the curve you would not know that they were ever here. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to others.

They contacted me quickly. They were on time and correctly installed the sump pump according to City code and it pass inspection easily. They cleaned up everything and made it look professional and neat. I also had them do the electrical work I required to get the house on the market and up to code. I would recommend them completely.
