Description of Work: I had problems with moisture in the air and someone suggested that I encapsulate my basement area.

Description of Work: My basement walls were separating. I had a very large crack that I could see daylight through along with various smaller cracks that were leaking into my basement. Frank came in with a liscensed engineer ; examined the situation and drew up a plan to remedy my problem. Frank obtained all permits, inspections, and tests needed throughout the process. He completed the work in a timely professional manner. His employees were polite, professional, and cleaned up the job site completely. I was completely satisfied and would recommend him to anyone in the future.

Description of Work: I moved into my house in March, 2012. The previous owners installed a sump pump in the basement in September 2011. I had never seen a sump pump before, so had no idea how it works. I started having problems with water and sewage leaking in the basement, so I called Franks. I was extremely upset when I called the company. The woman who answered the phone calmed me down and promised to send out a technician the next day to take a look at it and explain how it works. I had just started a job and couldn't be home until 4:30. She told me that their company closed at 4:00, but would have someone there for me at 4:30. The technician was out sick the day he was supposed to come, but the woman called to let me know and said he would be there the following day. He showed up on time the next day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how a sump pump works and told me that my pump was working fine. I did not use them because I had already scheduled another plumber to actually do the work.

Description of Work: We thought we had a ceiling leak that could not be found. We agreed to have them scrap the ceiling when repairing the holes. They charged to higher price without explaining what was more complicated and took three days instead of the one at we thought. The owner was responded quickly to our complaints.

Description of Work: I contacted 3 landscapers through their listed email address for an estimate. contacted me and came to give an estimate within a week. Frank's left a written estimate of our conversation.

Description of Work: I had my sewer line snaked out and cleaned.
