Did a good job. Mike C was an excellent sales consultant. He came to the job site twice to make sure everything was right. Very honest and trustworthy.

I talked with Mr. Frank about the items that needed to be addressed ,he had his crew come back and fix all the items .And did a nice clean job They also reseeded the lawn which I did not expect them to do. Mr. Frank came out to make sure everything was ok .It made me feel that we should have talked sooner. Now I am pleased with the job.

I contacted them to get a bid on a fairly large plumbing job which involved digging up drain lines from the house to the main line in the street to prevent water in my basement every time it rained.? Since they advertise that they specialize in dry basements and plumbing, I thought they would be the perfect choice.? When I called I got routed to two different numbers then was told they don't do this kind of work, yet they continue to advertise that they do.? Clearly they did not want my business or my $7,000.? Fortunately I found a great plumber who did the work and my basement has been dry ever since.? I will never even give this company a chance at any other work because of the way I was treated when I called for a quote.

They came out the following day after making my call. He was on time and the work was finished in a timely fashion.

The provider was polite and professional. Because of the age of the property, the problem returned soon after the repair was made. The provider returned and fixed it without additional charge or haggling. The receptionist was polite, and the service was understanding about our scheduling needs.

Great. We've worked with this company prior to joining Angie's list and I was glad to see the coupon on this site. The company is great to work with. They are very punctual and reliable and put in extra effort to give you your money's worth.

The serviceman was on-time, very professional, and properly equipped. He reviewed the problem drain in my basement with me, recommended a system flush, cleaned the main line sewer trap, and inspected the main line sewer from the trap to the street connector. He also provided advice on avoiding future problems and an estimate for additional work. I was very satisfied.

I purchased the big deal for $149 that was for clearing any drain. My bathtub had been running slowly for a few weeks and we were unsuccessful with dislodging whatever was causing the issue. Jim B showed up to my house within 24 hours of purchasing the deal, he was very knowledgable and professional. He cleared the drain within 10 minutes and gave me great pointers for the future. I would highly recommend and I would use again!

The work went smoothly but what I did not like was the follow up. The problem I had was the guy who was in charge of the finish up work came he was arguing me over doing things.

they are always friendly and professional. I have had both Darren and Scott come to the house at different times. Both are wonderful. They expained what they are going to do and then do it neatly and professionally. Most recently Scott put an outside faucet in the front and refitted our back outside faucet. Darren has come and did a plumbing inspection and fixed a leak that was caused by an ill fitting toilet.. I would recommend them. They come when they say they are going to come, they do a good job and are reasonably priced

There is an area within the foundation that the people who previously owned the house didn't get patched. So it leaks ever so often. So Frank's Basement charged a $100 or $200 fee to do an estimate. He was the only one who came out and he was good and seemed very professional. I called him on the phone a couple of times and he was very good about answering questions.

They did an excellent job. Its $650 per crack in the foundation. I think there were two or three. They were a little bit expensive. They were professional, on time and reliable. They did what they said they would do.

I was very nervous about getting the leak fixed in my basement because I don't know much about this type of repair, and my research online had shown me that this can run into great expense. My first contact with Frank's was through email. They called me immediately (within an hour) to schedule the free consultation. Michael Palmieri was the consultant. He was punctual, very personable, and explained exactly how the repair would be made. He gave me the estimate. After the thoroughness of his explanation, (including showing me some of the material to be used), I contracted with Frank's on the spot. Michael gave me his card with all his numbers, and told me to contact him with any questions or concerns. I did contact Michael to find out when the job would be scheduled, and he responded immediately to my question. I scheduled the work for Spring Break. Peter was the technician. He arrived at the specified time, and was terrific! He showed me how the leak would be prepared, and set about to do the work. I am thrilled with the result. There is a guarantee for the work, and they will come back if necessary. I hope I won't have any other leaks, but I would not hesitate to call Frank's again.

Frank's was very responsive right from the beginning when I called for an estimate. Within 2 days I had a brochure explaining all their services, a letter from Frank, a copy of their insurance coverage and testimonials from previous customers. When the sales person came he offered me different options and recommended th least expensive one which was approved by the building inspector. The job would also require the services of an electrician and plumber - all of which they arranged (the other companies I worked with did not do this and I would have had to make the arrangements). The crew who did the work did an excellent job and the supervisor came, introduced himself to me and said to call him with any questions. I was told how long the job would take and they finished when they said they would even though there was some extra work that needed to be done it only added one day to the job. The crew was on site when they said they would be, they were very careful with my possessions in the basement to make sure they were covered and protected during the work. When they were finished they cleaned up. I wish all my experiences with contractors was as nice as this one from getting the estimate to working with the crew and the price. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them.

Everything went great with the installer (Jim). He did an awesome job with the install, his customer interaction was awesome and he really made me feel like I was a priority while he was there. When I called the night before, it was after hours and I got the on-call person who happened to be the owner. It was nice to see a company where the owner is still willing to be on-call and help out his employees. He walked me through everything that would happen during the visit as well as all of the pricing options. The tech was out first thing the following morning to do the work since I had no hot water in the house and a 9-month old to take care of.

We needed work performed on our hot water heater and furnace. When the service professionals arrived a minor setback was discovered. Yet before I could say "cat-in-the-hat", Mr. Plumber's owner, Mr, Frank DiMaria and also the Quality Control manager, Dan, immediately stepped in and took complete control and completed the repairs within hours. Not only were we highly impressed with Mr. DiMaria's concerns for our home but we were not charged beyond the original quote. If you are looking for a contractor with integrity who stands behind his word of "No surprises" then call Mr. Plumber. You will find the same trust we did!

Technician came to diagnose low faucet pressure in both the upper and lower unit. Turns out both were relatively easy fixes. One was blockage in aerator and the other a partially clogged valve. Either way he diagnosed both problems within 30 seconds. This was done for free. While there we found that the sink in the tenants bathroom was running very slowly. This had been less noticeable before because of the extremely poor pressure. So while he was there I had him snake the drain. $200 to snake a drain is pretty reasonable in my mind. The reason I gave them a B for price is everything they do comes out of a price book. This is good and bad. On the upside there are no hidden fees and you know exactly what a project costs as soon as you approve it. On the downside it can make seemingly easy tasks very expensive with no discount for performing multiple items at once. For example snaking the drain was $200, but installing a new popup on the drain (also needed) was around $200 as well. Installing a new popup is a pretty easy repair so that seemed a bit over priced. Add that to the fact that there's no discount for multiple services being performed and that's where my B grade came from. Please don't read this wrong, I would 100% use them again. Technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and even took extra care to cover his shoes before entering the units.

I had to get Angies List to contact provider and help with scheduling of service because provider never contacted me and then stopped responding to emails after 2 weeks. Provider showed at the scheduled service time did an hour of diagnostics and gave me a quote of $404.55 ($372.00 plus taxes). I agreed to the price not knowing how long the job would take or how much parts might cost. When Plumber finished job after 1.25 hours, I asked him if he wanted to adjust the bill. He said flat rate work called for a bill of $372.00 and that the parts were costly though none of the parts were itemized on the bill. If you can afford to pay $186.00 an hour, Darren seemed to do quality work and was pleasant and conscientious. If you believe like me that the bill was padded to adjust for the Angies Deal, then I would go elsewhere.

The service turned out great. Everything was nice and good. What stood out to me the most was he was on time, professional, very courteous and seemed to know his stuff very well so he's very educated on his trade. I would recommend them because of their great value.

Routine check went very well. However, it was a big surprise that we needed a lot of additional work to be done: A new kitchen faucet and also some gadget to control water pressure. The additional work, to be done on 01/30/2015, cost almost $1,800.00.
