Description of Work: Installed new 40 gallon gas hot water tank with new cold water shutoff. Service was provided within hours of the same day that my hot water tank began leaking. Couldn't ask for better service...Scott, the technician was excellent.

Description of Work: Frank's fixed my basement wall that was bowing in and also a crack in a different wall. Their price was lower than any of the other contractors for the same work and they arranged for or provided any other contractors I needed - electrician, plumber. The crew was punctual the supervisor of the job was very attentive - checking the progress of the work regularly. I have used them for a smaller problem since and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: He changed a leaking valve in shower. Moen is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee but it was 25 years old. The only reason I thought it was a 4 for price was because it was replaced so quickly, but I could never have done the work myself even if I found the right part so I'm very glad that Franks Mr Plumber was so efficient. The shower works great.

Description of Work: Installed new sump pump and drain tile

Description of Work: Mostly we wanted the camera to confirm no problems in the recently purchased house after a random backup that hasn't occurred since. The price included a clean-out if needed, but it wasn't. We viewed the inside pipes under the slab which slowed a slight belly but nothing drastic. Also viewed outdoor past the exterior trap, which revealed no breaks or roots. Must have been just a clump of something which since has exited the system. Pat the service tech was excellent, explained the camera imaging as it revealed the system details, and dealt with some truly nasty weather conditions with aplomb and cheer. It's good to have peace of mind and that was the goal. Recommended!

Description of Work: They came out and told me the water has to be up and out first but they would come back. The water drained on it's own. They were very fast and honest thou!😃😃😃

Description of Work: repaired hot and cold water lines to a kitchen sink. The services were a performed a couple of weeks after an evaluation, and were satisfactory. The evaluation was kind of a joke, they didn't flush the water heater and did not address my concern about freezing pipes. The evaluation was a complete waste of money- my pipes burst and that should have been prevented.

Description of Work: My sump pump was replaced. The plumber was professional, kind and thorough in his explanation of what was needed, what he was doing and explained what maintenance would be needed. I would definitely call Mr. plumber for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: replaced broken pipes tn basement. They did a great job and didn't dig up basement floor. Opted to place new pipes all along the walls instead. Looks really professional. They explained everything they did and showed us damage with a camera. They even saved the front sidewalk for us so we didn't have to replace it.The owner, Frank, even came by to make sure everything was going well.
