Description of Work: They repaired a drain from our sink in the half bath on the first floor.

Description of Work: Storm sewer drain clean, no guarantee. Needed to call Roto-Rooter who cleaned drain from both sides and warranted the work for 6 months.

Description of Work: They were very good, cleaned up well and were quick to get job done even with problems they faced.

Description of Work: Replaced leaky pipes under kitchen sink. Replaced faucet cartridge on kitchen faucet. This service would have been perfect if it weren't for the price. I could not help feeling I was charged on the high end of the scale, although I did receive professional, and excellent work and service. I would love to use these guys again if I could afford them.

Description of Work: Bought the sump pump inspection Angie's List deal. Was very impressed with the professionalism. We'd moved to the area not too long ago from a place that doesn't have basements, so he was happy to explain everything to me in detail since I was not really familiar with the workings of the sump pump, drainage system, etc. He checked both the pump and the outside drainage. Importantly, he said I didn't need any replacements now. I asked him prices for the replacement sump pump and he told me. He absolutely was not pushy. He was very friendly with my son (even left a little coloring book for him!). I was impressed with the service as a whole and would definitely use them again based on the quality of service.

Description of Work: Unfortunately the job that we wanted done couldn't be done so we had the elbow replaced under the bathroom sink instead. The $200 coupon wasn't enough to cover the cost so we paid an extra $27. It was going to cost another $188 to snake out the drain but we passed on that.

Description of Work: All in all,the basement looks beautiful. Our only complaint was the cement residue left on our blacktop driveway.Said they would send someone out to look at it.

Description of Work: They snaked out main sewer and other line replace pipes and new wash tubs. That was the best option but had 2 other options. I was not pressured at all to do the most expensive one.

Description of Work: We responded to this before. Where did it go? Talked to a few other people since then who were also unhappy with Frank's. We signed the contract in Feb 2014 and they started work the end of July - finished Jan 2015. Water leaks, electrical shocks, gas leaks (improper installation) that were dangerous enough that gas was turned off by the gas company. Shorted materials that were specified in contract. Sump pump does work. January guy said too cold to work, pay us and I give you my word we will be back to fix problems, haven't heard from them since.
