Description of Work: I previously rated this company but now am revising it after speaking with the owner who immediately rectified the situation. He was very apologetic. I would give this business another chance. Did NOT repair leaking bathroom sink. Couldn't find leak, even tho I showed him where it had been dripping water. He said call back if it started leaking again, otherwise it would cost a lot to take everything apart to find problem. He spent approx 20 min. with that. My son -not a plumber - replaced the faucet cartridge and the leak was fixed in about 15 min for $20.!!! Since I'd already paid you for the service, the plumber replaced an O ring on my kitchen faucet...which could have been done in no more than 1/2 hr. He charged $191 for the services. I had paid for $200. in plumbing services. He was polite, but very slow. Went to his vehicle several times for various reasons, and took lots of time doing that. When he left he gave me paperwork to evaluate his performance, and said if I was unhappy his name was Kevin, otherwise, if happy his name was Jerry. |I did not contact the company. When I originally called them they initially said they didn't work in my area...but then said they could contact someone who lives locally to take my job....I don't think the serviceman was very familiar with the company procedures as he had to phone them several times while here.

Description of Work: Install drain tile around perimeter of basement. Install new hot water tank and laundry tub pump. So far OK. Too soon to tell. |Workers very respectful and hard-working. My phone calls and concerns addressed right away. Always professionally conducted.

Description of Work: Once they fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom ad second time they fix a leak in my toilet. Water from toilet bowl was leaking in the basement.

Description of Work: They checked out my leaking bath tub, and some slow faucets, finally checked the sump pump. It was not working properly and they replaced it with a new one and quieter shutoff. The total cost was $460, with $200 |discount was $260. They left muddy footprints in kitchen, bath, and basement which is why I gave them a B for professionalism.
