Factory Sleep Shop

We'd been shopping for a full-sized replacement mattress and foundation for our son's bed for a few weeks. We'd been online and to a few major mattress stores around the Tonawanda neighborhood. All were quite expensive (north of $700) for similar product to what we purchased from Factory Sleep Shop. We went into the store on October 16, 2014 and were enthusiastically greeted by salesperson Eugene who knew more about mattresses than any of the salespeople we had previously encountered (including technical specifications such as coil counts, materials, and manufacturing process). We explained our needs and wants and Eugene showed us all of the products that met our needs. We were impressed that Eugene didn't immediately take us to his most expensive mattress (as the other salespeople from the competitors did) but he told us the range of prices and how the mattresses differed at the various price points. Eugene then took our son around the showroom and had him try out all of the mattresses. At each mattress, Eugene explained the pros/cons of the mattress to us and asked our son questions about the fit/feel of the product. We found Eugene's professionalism and knowledge extremely impressive. He was not pushy and encouraged us to take the time we needed to make an informed decision. Walking into the store and walking out having made the mattress purchase took about 30 minutes and we paid a total of $380 for the mattress, foundation, delivery, set-up and removal of old mattress, included 5-year warranty on new mattress/foundation, and 30-night Comfort Trial. Delivery was set for two days after purchase on October 18, 2014 and was completed by two very friendly and professional gentlemen. These days it seems like there's a mattress store on every corner and every store seems to think they have the lowest prices and the best products. Whatever the claims, we've found that based on the competition, Factory Sleep Shop has durable, high-quality long lasting products at better prices than the competition. They are honest and keep their promises. And if something should go wrong we feel comforted to know that they've been at the same location for several years which shows their stability and commitment to the Tonawanda neighborhood.
