Expert Window Cleaning

After not responding to several calls, the company finally did call and we set up a date in 6 weeks to provide window cleaning services. When the date neared, I called twice to confirm and received no return call and then, no real surprise, they never showed up. This company is under new management. I've used them before and they deserved the A rating. Now they get an F.

This company is under new management. Ken was terrific but I understand he left the business this year.The new manager did not return my calls to confirm the appointment we'd made and then never showed up. This A rating should be downgraded to an F.

Crew out three. All very courteous. They postponed because of weather once. I am very happy with them.

Ken and crew were great. Extremely professional and on time. Would highly recommend if you can wait as he is very busy with existing clients and I understand why! House was purchased 5 years ago and we have never been able to get grime off 25 year old windows that previous owners neglected. They always looked dirty and streaked no matter what we did. Not any more! They are streak free and if not for reflections on windows it would look like there was no glass the glass. It took 6 weeks from original call to set up, was originally 1 month out. This was partially my fault due to conflicts with my work schedule and then had to cancel and reschedule due to business trip. Ken and crew took just shy of two hours to do all the work which would have been over 9 hours for 1 person to do. Expert Window Cleaning will be doing the windows in my house all the time. The service and quality of work was worth the wait.

Ken was very nice about telling me right away that he was not available until mid-August.

I placed a call on June 5th and asked for an estimate. Ken came out on June 7th with a detailed written estimate for inside and outside window cleaning, plus screens which was very reasonable. I contacted him on June 9th and told him to go ahead and schedule me. He answered my calls promptly and told me he would be out within 7 days. I called on June 17th and asked if I was still on the schedule, he called back this morning (June 18th) and told me he would be out Saturday. To be continued.

I spoke with Ken and schedule window cleaning for my house. He was very backlogged and I had to schedule 5 weeks out but I was willing to wait after reading all of the good reviews here on Angies List. The day of the cleaning, I took the day off of work and prepped for the cleaning by moving all furniture and items away from the windows. This was no small task! Ken was scheduled at 3:30pm. At 4:15pm when he hadn't arrived, I called him. He said he was glad that I called because one of his guys called in and he was running behind. He said he couldn't call me because he couldn't find my phone number... This was extremely upsetting because I had spent the day preparing for this and he never even notified me that he wasn't going to make it. I rescheduled with him for the following Friday between 1:30 and 2 pm. This time my husband would have to take the time off of work. Again, Ken did not show up. But this time he did not answer our phone calls or return our messages! It has cost me more time and energy dealing with this UNPROFESSIONAL company than if I had gone with a more expensive contractor from the start. I now have to reschedule with a different company and take more time off of work just to have this service performed. And it will be weeks before anyone can come out. I am 8 months pregnant and this has been an outrageous inconvenience to me and my family. I'm extremely disapointed in Angie's List. I thought I was paying for Angie's List to prevent getting screwed like this. IF YOU WANT YOUR WORK TO GET DONE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They did a fabulous job, were very nice to me and I was very pleased with the work they did in cleaning what I wanted. I will be calling them from now on, in about three months!

One word sums it up -- Perfect! I was blown away at the professionalism and quality of the work. I will be using this company regularly and referring them to everyone I know.

We did have to wait some time for Ken to get by to leave an estimate but it was well worth the wait! I assume they are very busy because of the great service they provide. Everyone with him in his crew was friendly, polite and respectful. They work together like a well oiled machine. We have used another company in the past and the windows never looked this good. I would absolutely recommend Ken and his team and look forward to using them year after year! So glad I found them on Angie's List. Thank you Ken!!

We were well pleased. He came back when all the leaves were down to clean the gutters. WE didn't have to remind him. Sent us a bill for $40.00 which we felt was worth not having to climb a ladder to clean the gutters ourselves.

The windows were cleaned very well; however, would have liked to have seen more time spent on the screens as well as the non-glass parts of the windows.

The two workers were punctual and polite. They did not waste time and did a very good job. They even reattached some siding that the roofers we had left loose.

I saw him working elsewhere in neighborhood, asked him for an estimate that he promptly gave, scheduled an appointment by phone, he rescheduled because of rain, then he completed the job. I was very pleased with the result.
