computer repair
 + -1 moreChristian arrived promptly to my house for my 9:30AM appointment. He began by looking at my laptop to see what the issues might be. I really appreciated how he thoroughly explained how there was not only "bloatware" software that was starting up with my computer that was unnecessary but that there was also a virus. The virus was calling itself "System" and he showed me the list of running programs on my computer, and it was taking up 50% of my CPU. Christian fixed these issues and my computer was running as snappy as ever!
Description of Work: I had an issue with my laptop. It had slowed down to the point where I could barely open a web browser without it taking a significant amount of time to load.
