+ -1 moreHe had done some stuff a couple of years back so it was less expensive than if he had started from scratch. He grew up two doors away and he now lives a block away so I know his family. He has done a very good job. He is not cheap but he is the only guy that has ever fixed my roof from leaking. Ordinarily his prices seem to be on the high side but I thought this price was excellent. I think he took into consideration that he had done work previously so he had less work to do this time. Several years back he gave me a price for doing windows and I thought it was very high so I ended up doing them myself. I would hire him again.
