Without determining that it was appropriate, they allegedly left it with a neighbor. Five days later the recipient had not received it. I contacted them and instructed that on their 'next' delivery to leave it in the niche by the door if the recipient was not home. Instead they put a door tag on indicating that she should contact them to set up a time to pick it up herself. Unfortunately the tag did not have a phone number or address. I contacted them again and asked for a refund. No go. So I had them deliver it to me. They said it would arrive between 2 and 4PM and asked that I specifically be home then. As I was about to go out the door at 1PM (I would be back before 2PM) it arrived. Had i left a tad sooner I would have missed them. Not only do they not follow instructions but they cannot tell time and do not adhere to their own time schedule.
