 + 0 moreThis was probably the easiest and fastest I ever turned in a car for repair. I went to my insurance adjuster, who was next door to Carruba Collision. My insurance agency and Carruba had a rental car waiting for me. The car rental was next door to my insurance agency. I turned the car in on Tuesday afternoon and got a call the following Friday that my car was ready for pickup. I couldn't believe it. They told me to come straight to their shop and they would turn the rental car in for me. It was so close that I took it to the rental agency myself, but I told them I appreciated the offer. My car is a 2015 Chrysler, and when I saw what they did, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. There was no indication that there was a fender bender, and they matched the paint perfectly. It blended in with the bumper,the trunk lid, and the rest of the fender. What's the rest of the story? The work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. Plus, they gave me a gift certificate to take my daughter and grand-daughter out to dinner. I hope I never have to go back to them, but if there is repair work to do, they are certainly the ones I would go back to.
Description of Work: Repaired damage that resulted from backing up into and side swiping a concrete post. The RT rear quarter panel was dented, and scratched. RT tail lamp assy. was damaged. and bumper cover was damaged. Carruba made all the repairs, matched the paint perfectly, washed the car, and cleaned up the interior.

Description of Work: I had a small accident with my car, they were trusted by the insurance company, so no adjuster had to visit me. They told me everything that was going to happen, talked to the insurance company, helped me with a rental, and kept me informed on the state of my car. They did a lovely job on the paint, and they even vacuumed the inside of the car. It honestly looked new.

 + 0 moreHusband hit deer on way to clinic. Called the insurance agent, contacted Carubba, took car in -- they fixed it within 2 weeks (special parts required for foreign car). They did a wonderful job! They listen to you, provide the services you request, notify you prior to repair of any additional concerns, and perform the work in a timely manner.
Description of Work: After car/deer collision, they fixed our car beautifully. Polite, professional, timely, and conscientious! Love them. This is the 2nd time I've used their services.

 + 1 moreI received an estimate that was comparable to other collision shops. This shop has certified Honda technicians. The estimate repair was explained to me in detail. I was able to schedule the repair within a few days of the estimate. The car was ready when promised. It looks like new, which was important since the car was only two months old.
Description of Work: Repaired and painted small dent in area just above driver side rear tire.

Description of Work: They called me twice saying my vehicle was ready. The first time I inspected the vehicle and the doors would not open. They kept it to fix it. They called me back to say it was fixed. I tried the doors again. The doors broke while using the handles. They also lost a piece of trim. The side trim was peeling off too. They kept it for almost another week. They fixed finally fixed the doors. I am still not happy with the paint job. There is some waves and dust in the paint. The trim is still sticking out father than the factory. They said its because they use thicker tape. I am completely unsatisfied.

Rental car was provided at no cost to me. Staff were efficient , courteous , and very knowledgeable and professional. !00% pleased with process and would not hesitate to use there service again or refer others.
Description of Work: My car a, 2012 Toyota Highlander was side-swiped in a parking causing extensive damage to the driver side. Parts werere placed from the rear door back to and including the rear bumper.

The Carruba representative and Geico Rep. were very thorough in their inspection for hidden damage and gave me a very precise estimate and time table for completion. They stayed in touch with me for progress reports and gave me a rental car to use until the repairs were completed, through their inhouse car rental company, Enterprise Car Rental. The car was completed to my satisfaction, and the car rental was very satisfactory. The completed repairs had my car looking like it was brand new. I give both Carruba Collision on Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda, NY a 10 + rating as well as Enterprise Car Rental.

 + -1 moreThere was a kind of scheduling error at first. I wasn't able to get my car in when they said I could, but after that was resolved, everything went great. They did very good work, they were professional, and they stuck to the price they estimated.
Description of Work: I was driving one day, during the winter, and a deer ran out and hit the front passenger side headlight. He damaged quite a bit of that side of the car, so we took it to Carubba Collision.

Description of Work: They performed work for us after a collision. They replaced a side view mirror and a quarter panel on the bottom of a door needed to repaint the door and things like that.
