They were fantastic, great company to work with and the people are wonderful and actually we have done a lot of research and been a bit dishearten about that industry, we found these people and they were just fantastic. I've recommended them to anybody. Their the top self.

Everything turned out great. The sales person was on top of everything we asked for and addressed everything we didn't think of. The sales person responded to my e-mails very promptly. The office called us and setup the schedule for the measuring and the installation. The installation went very well. The installers were very professional, and asked us if we were satisfied with everything. The price was the lowest out of three quotes we received. I will be going back to BGM every time I need any of their services. Thank you everyone at Buffalo Granite and Marble!

Description of Work: Everyone I dealt with was very professional, timely and courteous. You have to hire your own contractor to remove existing counter and finish the plumbing after installation. I used their recommendation and was satisfied with them as well.

Have used this provider for a granite hearth in the past. Very responsive, nice inventory of beautifl stone, including some very unique ones. Beautiful job on this project. Very pleased. All the staff are very friendly. I am also a kitchen/bath designer and many of my clients have used this company--it is one of only a very few in the area I recommend.

Buffalo Granite installed new granite countertops for us as part of an extensive kitchen remodel.
Description of Work: Granite countertops installed throughout kitchen. Undermount Blanco Silgranit sink also purchased from this company, and mounted during countertop installation.

I found them to be helpful. They were professional, and their price was fair. The only negative I would say is that, since we were doing the project in a different area of town, we had a little trouble with their punctuality. We just had difficulty with scheduling them to come out. If they thought it was going to be a problem for them, I wish they would have said so in the beginning. I would recommend they be more flexible and more up front with customers.

Buffalo Granite bent over backwards to satisfy me. They knew I was having a party and got it done before that. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Buffalo Granite came out and took off all of my old countertops. They then replaced them with new granite covering.
