Mr. Miller is probably the only professional in rug repair that can repair Berber carpet in a manner that the damaged area is invisible to the eye. Other carpet pros wanted to patch the area with a spare piece of carpet, which would definately be noticable. He is extremely nice and his cost for the job was below what I expected. He offered me some advice on how to fix a minor pull if it happens again...

We were extremely satisfied with the carpet stretching that Bill Miller did for our daughter's home. He made himself available at a very short notice, showed up on time & did an excellent job. We would highly recommend him!

The first est. I got was $350. I said I could get all new carpet for another $150. On top of that it seemed like a fairly simple job to me. Mr. Miller charged about 1/3 as much money for the job. Was excellent at communicating, and made the whole process easy and headache free, at a reasonable price. This was the first time I've used homeadvisor, and it has given me confidence to believe in the ratings I see here for other workers. Very Happy, and got exactly what I wanted for a price that seem fair.

I hired Bill to repair carpet on my stairs that had come loose from the tack strip. His communication was excellent - he contacted me within several hours of my request to Home Advisor and offered to come out within two days, on a Saturday, so I would not have to take off from work. He clearly explained the repairs that were needed, and he was polite and pleasant both on the phone and while at my home. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and charged a very fair price. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. Would hire again!
