Bill Miller was fantastic! We contacted him regarding carpet stretching in several rooms, but were not quite ready to have the work done. Bill kept in touch without being annoying - VERY IMPORTANT to me. When we were ready to have the work done he arrived as scheduled, reviewed the work to be done and pointed out that we didn't need the carpets stretched in two of the rooms as we thought. He also gave us helpful professional suggestions on several other carpet issues. Bill did the work quickly, neatly and very well. The price was what I consider quite reasonable and a third of the cost I expected. Bill is VERY professional and someone I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
