+ -1 moreThe service of plowing my driveway was done in a reliable, timely manner. Unfortunately, my grass around the apron of my driveway was severely destroyed. I was told that this may happen and they would repair it in the Spring. THIS WAS NEVER DONE. I called twice requesting the lawn repair was told they would "get to it" but they never did. I had to hire a separate landscaper to repair the damage and had to pay additional money for this. Needless to say I have hired a new snow plowing service for this season.
