I’ve been a property owner for over 40 years and Dan Bie and his crew are the best I’ve found. Dan’s quality is second to none, he provided great advice and he stayed on the job until I was completely satisfied. I’d definitely hire him again.

It could not have gone better. Dan and his right hand man Mike responded promptly, and were extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Step by step they did everything exactly right, first removing tiles (the bottom half of the shower), shoring up damaged studs in the walls behind, replacing poor insulation, and installing wonder board instead of sheetrock and then retiling the walls. All their work was much better quality with better materials than the original. Their finished work looks beautiful - perfect. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. Their communications and follow-up were outstanding, and I am planning on using them for more renovation projects throughout our house.

There are many layers to each job. Prepping all the underlayment and structure was carefully and expertly completed and then the new roof installed. Dan and his crew were conscientious, informative and the site was cleared of all debris. His bid was reasonable and the job was completed on budget.Highly recommend

Any time you build a house, you deal with weather elements, timing elements, and unexpected turn of events, all of which provide levels of stress. No matter what, we had faith in Dan Bie and his crew, and they delivered! Dan is a consummate craftsman, and does not do any job half-way. He is upfront about the fact that the job will be done right! We appreciated the fact that Dan was always up front. He and his crew were there when we expected them to be there. He explained the steps of a modular build to us, and involved us in all the decision-making in a most timely manner. Besides, he's a great guy, and his workers are professionals with great talents. We were really hands-on - not in the building per se, but in being part of the construction "brain". We served as our own "general contractor" for the early part of the project (new well, excavation, foundation, septic system, etc.) but Dan gave us the names of contractors that he trusted, and that were also well-priced and professional. Everyone who has seen our house has not believed it is modular construction. The custom design work - both inside and outside - has made that special difference. Working with Dan Bie Custom Contracting, Inc. was a wonderful experience. I had a kitchen door that every time the door was closed the frame started to fall out of the wall. Dan and his crew bought, and replaced the old door. The door now stays in the wall and the wind does not blow through the house. The work is phenomenal and vey precise, Additionally, we asked Dan to replace the stairs to our basement. The steps of the stairs were unevenly spaced and awkward to walk down. Dan designed a new and evenly spaced set of stairs that were not hazardous and were very comfortable to use. The work done by Dan and his team was very exact, precise and what we had asked him to do. Working with Dan was a pleasant experience and he made everything easy. Dan and his team are very respectful to you and the surroundings. The team makes every effort to be courtesy and takes the extra effort to clean up the area after work is completed. His team makes your house look as those no work had been done. The outcome of their work was more than we expected and the price was lower than we anticipated. I highly recommend using Dan Bie Custom Contracting, Inc. for your next project. , From start to finish, Dan stayed on top of the job. Bill Lake Homes only sells to dealers and builders. He recommended Dan He is a very experienced builder , and remodeler. He does the work, with a crew. He does not farm it out. He was a big help : from choosing the model ,ordering it, making changes, picking colors , and materials. He came up with ideas, we did not think of.. Any questions, we had , were answered within 24 hours , usually the same day. He takes pride in his work , and doesn't leave the job until you are happy.
