+ -1 moreTwo years ago, Gen-Plus did the start up on our Generac standby generator. They did a good job. At the two year mark, the service regiment suggests having professional service done. They were prompt and did a good job (even a few little extra's like leveling the machine). I plan to have service person out every two years and will use them again. The generator has been great, worry-free and has bailed us out a number of times.

Description of Work: Installed a propane gas powered generator for our fire dept, with various automatic electric switching controls and timer ( generator exercising ) also did various other electrical repairs things for little or no added cost. They were also rewarded the contract to service unit and be on-call for any needed repairs too-and none have been needed so far...

+ -1 moreWe called for an estimate. Eric Barbieri came to our house to discuss possible locations, the size required and the various features available with different brands. He came back once again to answer some additional questions and we agreed on a price. GenPlus ordered the generator; it came in on time and was installed without any incident. Eric told us whom to call at the gas company to coordinate the hook up with the installation and also arranged the inspection. We chose to continue the relationship by signing a service contract and feel secure that we’re in good hands should we ever need maintenance.
Description of Work: GenPlus installed our generator. Eric, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the features of different brands and didn't push us to buy the most expensive one. Genplus took care of everything--Initiating the appointments with the inspector and the gas company and also buying the generator for installation. We felt Eric gave us a fair price, was patient, professional, did a quality job which was completed on time. GenPlus has a helpful and cheerful crew for servicing our generator so we will continue the relationship, happy knowing we're in good hands should we have a problem at any point. All things considered we had a good experience and are very happy we chose GenPlus to install our Kohler generator.

+ -1 moreHe responded promptly during a power outage that lasted over a week. I wasn't there at the time but he got the generator up and running after it had run out of oil. I have had him come by for yearly maintenance. In short prompt, knowledgeable and dependable.
